I stayed here 6 years ago and returned with 5 friends as it is so well located and we were so well looked after by the staff previously. This hotel is 80 metres from the main square, local Polish restaurants in the same street were delicious and such fantastic value if it’s too chilly at markets to eat outside. The hotel is older in style, we loved its grandeur. It is immaculately clean with a wide choice of food for breakfast. What has made this hotel so fantastic is the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. They arranged taxis, luggage, always checking we had all we needed. We celebrated one lady’s birthday requesting from the restaurant manager a reserved table for 6 of us at a busy breakfast time. She truly surpassed expectations. We arrived to a beautifully decorated table, they played happy birthday and our friend was thrilled. Andreja one of the doormen is a sweetheart. He gave us a tour of the old ballroom, lighting up the gorgeous glass ceiling for us to see, did lots of photos by the Christmas tree of us all and treated us like royalty, helping with bags, getting coats on. We had a wonderful stay and this wonderful hotel. Thank you to all at The Grand Hotel, Krakow

Great week vacation. Visited Krakow for a week vacation with another family. Beautiful hotel amazing views from the rooms. Rooms very clean with very nice design. Book a river view room with club lounge access. Great lounge with amazing afternoon beverage and snacks offering. The breakfast is the best ever had. Big variety and great service staff. The location Is the best in the city close to wawel castle and only some minutes walk from the main marker square. Krakow is beautiful city. Authentic buildings and many restaurants and cafes . Very friendly city for bike and walks.

Ich ware ein Wochenende im Hotel und die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist im wenigen Minuten am Marktplatz von Krakau. Von Bahnhof sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu laufen. Direkt vor dem Hotel finden sich mehrere Restaurants und Bars. Das Zimmer, 205, war gut eingerichtet. Badezimmer sah relativ neu aus und das Bett bequem. Frühstück war für das kleine Hotel ausreichend und das Personal extrem freundlich. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Como todo el mundo comenta, la dirección que te dan es la de la recepción, pero no la del lugar donde te quedarás. En nuestro caso, nos tocó un piso a unos 8 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad en un barrio nada turístico, pero que nos permitió conocer un barrio auténtico, en un edificio pensado para el turismo. El piso en sí estaba bien, pero deberían facilitar algún tipo de información como los horarios de limpieza o la frecuencia de esta. Lo bueno es que a la llegada y la salida puedes dejar el equipaje en recepción si lo necesitas, aunque es un espacio bastante pequeño y es posible que no haya espacio suficiente.

Wonderful, friendly, hotel. It was very clean, walkable within a few minutes to the town square and other sites, and the staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay there again. Great breakfast for 60 zlotys. PS: the bathroom, while new and fully renovated, is old style with a tiny shower, which might feel cramped to people who like a lot of space.

나는 최근에 크라쿠프의 Hotel Elektor에 머물렀고 전반적으로 공항 / 기차에서 쉽게 갈 수 있고 모든 곳으로 걸어 갈 수있을만큼 가까운 위치에있는 멋진 호텔, 멋진 크기, 깨끗한 방이라고 생각합니다. 나의 유일한 부정적인 점은 AC가 전혀 좋지 않았기 때문에 AC일 것입니다. 다행히 방문 중 엄청나게 더워지지 않았지만 첫날에 AC를 24에서 21으로 설정했고 3일 후에도 여전히 22보다 낮지 않았습니다. 나는 다시 여기에 머무르는 것을 고려할 것이지만 더운 날씨라면 머물지 않을 것입니다. 이것이 당신에게 요인이 아니거나 여름에 거기에 가지 않는다면 확실히 여기에 머물십시오.
