호텔 M29(Hotel M29)

매우 좋은 서비스와 매우 멋진 방. 거기에서 2박을 묵었습니다. 어젯밤에 아팠는데 직원들이 매우 도움이 되었고 두 시간 후에 체크아웃할 수 있도록 준비해 주었습니다. 또한 체크아웃 후 10시간 동안 가방을 호텔에 맡겨야 했습니다. 정말 추천합니다. 중심지까지 도보 약 10분!!

Einfach mega!

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Hotel M29, and it certainly did not disappoint! What really stood out for us was how clean the hotel was and how friendly/helpful the staff were. Our bedding was changed, and rooms were cleaned daily with bottled water provided to replace what we had used. The staff member on reception was welcoming on our arrival, and the member of staff at breakfast was really helpful, offering us scrambled eggs each morning. There was plenty of choice at breakfast - pastries, fruit, yoghurt, nuts/seeds, Cereal, fruit juice, hot drinks, cheese, meats, sausages, bacon, fried eggs and much more. There was plenty of choice to cater to everyone. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It took us around 20 minutes to walk to old town Krakow and in the opposite direction about 20 minutes to explore the area around Schindler's factory (we would definitely recommend visiting there by the way!). The facilities in the rooms were excellent. There was storage space for luggage and clothes, a safe, mini fridge with mini bar items (at an extra cost), kettle with tea and coffee, hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board. We contacted the hotel prior to our stay to ask if our 2 rooms could be next to each other if possible. We understood that this may not be possible, but the hotel managed to cater to this request for us which was very much appreciated. Our rooms were on the top floor which meant that had large sky light windows in the ceiling and only small square ones that looked out onto the streets. This wasn't an issue for us, but please bear this in mind if you would like a view of outside! Thank you to all of the staff at Hotel m29 for making our stay so comfortable. Our time in Hotel M29 was perfect. Reception Desk staff was super helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. Deluxe room was spacious, cozy and well-equipped. We had a good sleep, beds were comfortable. The best mulled wine in Kraków. It was perfect drink to warm up after visit at Kraków Christmas Market. Bar Staff was lovely and chatty. We will definitely come back!

Excellent hotel.very clean and quiet.spacious comfy room with everything you need.good reception .breakfast included was excellent food and choice.would definately stay here again.easy to get all around krakow with tram.one minute walk to Jewish centre square.24 hour convenience shop right across the road.

We are here for a city trip in Krakow. This hotel is well located, very neat and clean. The staff is very friendly. We also booked breakfast, which was super tasty. In the bar you can drink delicious cocktails, or just have a cup of coffee or tea. This is all super organized. You can also have a bite to eat here in the evening, which is very tasty

Just returned home from Krakow. The hotel is in a great location with super friendly helpful staff. We stayed in room 501 (rear of the building) and it was lovely and peaceful considering the area is lively. The New Square just around the corner is amazing with bars and street food, and the old town is a 20/25 min walk or there are plenty of trams. We’ll hopefully be back there v soon ;)

Very conveniently located hotel in Jewish Quarter & close to great bars & restaurants. However, rooms are very "spartan" with only 6 hangers!! They could take out the ironing board & create more hanging space? The restaurant is OK (ish) & the breakfasts very limited .

What a great hotel! Stayed here with friends after finding this gem on Last Minute and we really weren’t disappointed. The foyer was clean and tidy, with a fully stocked bar and really friendly and welcoming staff. After check in, and provided rooms next to one another, I was so pleased to find our room was perfect. A lovely large bed, simple but effective decor and the loveliest bath I have ever used in the bathroom. The room was so comfortable and easy to chill in when we were not exploring. The breakfast was served below reception and although I was sceptical at first as there was no real buffet, the food off the menu was mouthwatering and so tasty. If staying here please try the breakfast at least once as it will not disappoint. Upon leaving the reception staff were more than willing to assist with our luggage which I thought was such a lovely touch as she had heels in the snow! The hotel is situated about a 20 minute walk from the main square so if walking is not what you want then a taxi is easier, yet for us this was a nice change. Highly recommend and would stay again!
