The Air condition was spoilt or faulty and I had to sleep with heat. Instead of hotel saying sorry sincerely and providing service recovery, they did not. Instead, I was provided another room which was less comforting than the previous.
I noticed someone entered the room despite me putting the do not disturb signage or without my permission.
When room changed, the cleaner was too persistent to collect back the key and was uneededly rushy me and I felt my personal space being violated. They could just wait slightly when I went downstairs. In the new room, the remote control was faulty while drinking glass were dirty.
The hotel was so persistent not to let me use the computer which is meant for all guest despite them saying ok upon checking in even though I need to use for just ten minutes.
Furthermore, the hotel was very persistent not to provide me a dummy or alternative room socket key for in-room electricity which without would damage my electronics. As such, I am not able to leave the room when I want or need to.
During my first night, hotel seemed good and nice but subsequently became like many previous hotel experiences in TH.
