Мне всё очень понравилось) завтрак, конечно, скудноват для европейца, но в целом было что покушать) номера классные, а частный пляж - просто отвал. Персонал на 1000/10, ночью помогли мне вызвать такси в аэропорт! В общем - для своей цены лучше не найти, всем рекомендую)

Property location and view is good, due to that more are getting attracted towards the resort,but cordial welcome is missing every point that I feel, if you spend on spa, resturant, then you are a good customer.complementery breakfast was good,... check-out timing at 12 means it's 12only that's need to adjust,if we came at 3pm we can stay atleast 2pm but as per rules it's 12pm only.

I was in this 3 star hotel in India for a few days and was very satisfied overall. Really good for the category - especially if you don't pay too much attention to every detail. I had my own little house that was clean and cozy, so I felt completely comfortable. The pool did not particularly appeal to me personally - it was more functional than cozy. However, what really surprised me positively were the people on site: very friendly, helpful and authentic. I would especially like to highlight the restaurant manager Renjith. His service was outstanding – always accommodating, attentive and cordial. The food was consistently good, and the Panchakarma cure was at its best - professionally carried out and very soothing. Overall a pleasant stay with a great price-performance ratio.

the hotel is very good, the pool and the beach. but the best thing is the staff. we were met by wonderful girls who told and showed us everything. as for the hotel restaurant, the food was very tasty, huge portions, there was a wonderful employee Renjith, who took into account all our wishes. they even waited for us after the restaurant closed so that we could have dinner. The rooms in the hotel are spacious, air conditioning, shower, everything is in excellent condition.

Excellent stay with good staff behaviour and services are also really great especially the restaurant staff is so kind and helpful that we never experienced before. Love to visit again here with friends and family anytime when I will visit again in kerela kovalam.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. I had a massage, which was very lovely, so I had another one the next day. I recommend the massage. The Restaurant food is delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Anakha is very good and always smiling face, and Doctor Shima Thomas is consulting me..the doctor’s attitude is positive attitude. I highly recommend this resort for ayurveda treatment ❤️ Thank you team palm shore

Excellent hotel ,lovely staff , very good location...me and my friends are visited the hotel in April, I am a part of the group exodus , we are arrived in 2 nd april. Here is good for the ayurveda treatment and relaxation .the food is delicious the restaurant staffs ranjith, reshma and jolly they are very good and keep the hospitality, the receptionist sreekath, vinod and akshay is always welcoming face and smiling face. The Guest Relation lady Anakha is smart and very helpful, the housekeeping staff always good job. then the ayurveda shop is near in reception, shopkeeper krishna is good girl. I'll come back thank you team palmshore
