Very comfortable stay at aariyaas. Right from the reception being very helpful, room was very clean. Access to the hotel was the best, right opposite to the railway station and city centre was about 2-4km distance

Extremely reasonably priced, clean and safe rooms with good breakfast. Location was easy to find too, safe car parking is a big plus, extremely cordial staff , overall a very good experience and definitely visiting again when I come to kottayam.

We stayed at the hotel for a day. We had taken four rooms and even though the trip was on a short notice, the staff was courteous enough to arrange the rooms within a short notice. The food was also nice . The staff are also highly helpful. The hotel is situated in the heart of Kottayam town. I would recommend this hotel anytime.

Having stayed in several resorts, we consider Niramaaya a premium resort. Right from the time we stepped in, we were cared for very well. The lake view room is generous in space and well-appointed. The place was quiet and relaxing except for some music next door on one night (a wedding celebration). The food was excellent, and they even cooked special food considering our diet restrictions. The spa and Sauna were great! Very well worth it! Overall a great experience!

If I could have given more stars, I would have. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The team of staff throughout this hotel are outstanding everyone we encountered were so helpful and friendly. Location is stunning and everything is centered around being eco friendly. The hotel offers lots of free activities from, pottery making, bird watching, butterfly garden just to name a few. On arrival I had a poor stomach ( nothing to do with this hotel ), the restaurant team went out of there way to prepare me less spicy plainer food to aid my recovery. The food was amazing, my wife ate from the buffet she also said it was stunning. I genuinely don't believe anything could have improved our experience here. We're in love 🥰

Right from our arrival at the resort, we were treated with great care and comfort. Almost all the staff at the resort were amicable and eager to please. We availed some outdoor activities like pedal boating, zipline and paintball shooting. The two male staff who oversaw these activities were very patient, especially when my 6-year-old son was struggling with the paintball shooting. The room cleaning staff were also very flexible with the timings to suit our convenience. We just had some minor inconvenience with booking the spa treatment and initially we were told there was no booking slot available on the day we asked. Thanks to the receptionist Ms Priya, not only did we get a slot but also an additional bonus spa treatment for one of us since we were not satisfied with it the first time. Among all the staff, only Mr Suresh in charge of the evening tea time counter seemed to be a bit gruffly and unapproachable. We were initially told the tea time is from 4 pm to 5:30 pm, but then he informed us with very short notice that the time is from 4:30 to 5:30 pm. Other than these minor grievances, all the wonderful staff at the resort ensured we had a memorable and sweet experience at Taj Kumarakom.

리리뷰어We had two nights stay at picturesque ILLKKALAM LAKESIDE COTTAGE right on the banks of the lake and were. pleasantly surprised as the nature unfolded before us.
Good location with good facilities and access to all amenities surrounded by organic farm , nature at its best.
Good service through out and personalised care by friendly staff.
Freshly cooked homemade tasty food served to your room and relax in front of the room looking over the lake with boats passing by and beautiful sunset views.
The best part was the relaxed private sunset boat ride on the lake for two of us with stunning views starting right in front of our cottage.
Susan Salin and team have done a wonderful job in making avail of this wonderful property for fortunate few like us.
Special thanks to Asha and Arjun who were always helpful and giving us information of local tours and cultures. Not to forget those amazing cooks who cooked meals as per our taste

리리뷰어We stayed at the Windsor Castle hotel for my niece's wedding. The hotel and gardens were a beautiful wedding venue, with trees and flowers everywhere! The rooms were very comfortable and quiet, with great views. We enjoyed our meals at the restaurant, where the attentive staff helped us learn about the delicious Indian foods on their menu. The best part of our stay was the hotel staff! Everyone, from the front desk team to the bellmen to the housekeeping staff, made us feel welcome, well-cared for, and like we were very special guests. We had a wonderful stay!
