So far worst hotel we have been. Food: - Not much variety, only few options and many of those tasted odd or simply bad (oily and greasy) - All meat dishes were soaked with some nasty sauce - Snacks were also not what we expected for a 4-star hotel - Salads were ok Bar: - Only 1 bar and 4 coctail choises (pre-made) - Long waiting time specially at evening - Few chairs next to each others in front of the bar, not cosy at all! - No place to fill your own water bottle Room: - Air conditiong didn't work whole week, wen it did it it blowed warm air, not helpful - Beds are rock hard, very outdated rooms with cracked tiles and broken toilet - Towels were supposed to change when asked daily but for the last 2 days they had no bathing towels left so they gave us only hand towels.. Bed linen were changed 1 time. Pool: - All sunbeds were reserved at 9am, not enough for everyone - Pool towels has seen their best days, you could see right through them - Pool was ok, clean water and not too crowded Staff: - Restaurant manager (?), oh well, nothing good about him - Desk staff were mostly ignorant and rude - Bar staff were friendly Other: - Lido waterpark bus is right next to the hotel and it was free - Dinner in sister hotel was great! The food there was fantastic.

We arrived on the 26 Sept after a shakey start. Was told the room wasn't ready and had to spend the first nite in the sister hotel . The village . It was awful!!!' Came back on Friday morning and couldn't check in till 3pm! Full day ruined . After we got settled we had the best time ever here . Let's say Mercy the entertainment lad was amazing ... food was ok drinks fine pool lovely ... We met some amazing people here which made the holiday great as well.. I don't understand why people moan , if they want a 5 star and full on luxury go and pay for it!!!! Definately will return here x

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception was cold, and the staff treated us like we were a burden rather than guests. As for the food, it was very disappointing, especially for those who don’t eat meat. The staff seemed to have no knowledge of basic culinary standards, and the advertised culinary theme was not respected at all. The cleanliness was terrible. Upon arrival, I found hair and stains on the sheets, and the bathtub was filthy. It was clear that proper cleaning had not been done. I also went to breakfast late one morning, and I overheard the staff loudly complaining in Greek, probably about me. It was very uncomfortable. When I asked for a plastic or cardboard plate to take leftovers and avoid waste, I was rudely told, "This is not a fast-food restaurant." And if you stay past the designated mealtime, expect to be kicked out, even if you have health issues that prevent you from eating quickly. Honestly, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. They don’t respect their guests or their commitments to service

I loved it there! The animator Mercy was veru nice he Light up my days there, with all the games and his energy. We were there for a 7 days and I was never bored. Mercy always took me on aktivites and I had a lot of fun playing them. I was too scared to ask to play but when I asked me and told me it will be fun I couldnt say no.

If you were looking for a 2/3 star hotel this would be perfect has all that you would expect in those stars however, we booked a "4 star" and thats what we expected. There is pros and cons, Cons- The food was not up to standard at all, the "show cooking" was done every day but the chef over cooked all the food it was nearly inedible because the meats were so dry. They need a new chef that doesn't destroy fresh produce. Such a pity and wasteful. We had no choice but to eat out most days which was so expensive. My husband would usually eat anything but after day 2 he had really bad diarrhea for the rest of the holiday (I am not saying this was the hotel food but maybe it was). The rooms are very dated and grubby but that didn't bother me. Rooms were tidied most days. The all inclusive drinks were ok. I couldn't believe we had to pay for water and couldn't fill our water bottles from the dispenser! That's shocken considering we're all inclusive, water should be the main source of fluid. Orange juice at breakfast was charged at €2.50 which is not fair. The pool was grubby that could be cleaned inside but we still enjoyed it and this didn't bother us. We only got one pillow each which was disappointing. To be fair I probably could have asked for one so that is my own fault. Pros- Everyone was so nice, don't know what people were giving out about the reception women for. She was always nice to us, very helpful and answered all our questions we had. All the staff were the same at least 9/10 days we were there. They work very hard and extremely long hours! Be kind to them they can't be full of energy all the time. The entertainment staff tried very hard to get everyone involved but again they worked very long hours so they were running out of stream. Would be helpful to have more entertainment staff to take the pressure off. The duo singers were brilliant very enjoyable. They had movie night (same movie a week later) they should really rotate it because we were there for 10 days so saw it twice. We got to eat in the 5 star sister hotel beside us for one night. Wow some difference, I wouldn't say 5 star but definitely 4 stars (what I expected in our hotel) food was lovely and lots of fresh options. I was very jealous because it would have saved us a fortune from eating out. On the downside we left our table to get a desert and the fella next to us took our chairs and left us standing until we found more chairs! So rude! The hotel was local enough, we got HOPP scooters in to Kos down most days they were so handy. Expensive enough at 24c a minute. Was worth it though! So efficient. I probably wouldn't return to Kos as I have seen everything as we rented quads for 3 days and tour the whole island. Was beautiful. Would recommend the 3 island tour and going to the thermal springs! Choose this hotel if your looking for 3 stars and going to eat salad for the week. Food was our only let down.

The staff were fabulous and the entertainment team, Nacho, Mercy and Olivia were so much fun, had us up doing karaoke, aqua Zumba, darts and beer pong, we had a laugh. The drinks were flowing all day and the food was lovely, plenty to choose from x
