The property was situated next to the beach & the studio has a great view

Really great stay for more than 1 week because of accomodation quite on the beach, in front of the sea and obviously with the sea view : it makes the vacation relaxed and unique. Private space out of studio allows in the evening to hear the sea and look at the sky.... The enjoyable studio is not so big but it is full of any comfort! Furthermore it is near of splendid beaches, nice tavernas, bars, supermarket. Appreciable the attention of management always available and ready to help in case of questions. To highlight the daily and perfect studio cleaning, it's really appreciable too - many thanks to cleaner woman. In general it is clean , welcoming and friendly environment.

Loved this accomodation! Right on the beach and pretty central in the resort. Great room with a tv, little kitchette (with a kettle AND TOASTER!!!!) bathroom and terrace area. We were in Room no.3. Beds were comfy and pillows good. Toiletries provided which was great. Hairdryer although I brought my own. Rooms cleaned daily by Xennia who was really lovely and worked so hard. We hired a car from the same owners and it was great. Right over the road from Oasis supermarket. Poppy was lovely in there. Situated next door to Antonios for really good food. Loved it here for our 7th stay in beautiful Kefalos!

Ocean wiev room very nice, room against main road not so good. Mr. Nick was very helpful as we asked for change of room after one night, as we originally had payd for. Very cleean and friendly, close to beach and quiet at nights. We had some nice days here!

Had a fantastic stay at Irene studios, location great right at the beach! Run by very friendly family, Nikos the manager is always available and very helpful. He speaks perfect English and can also help with excursions and car hire. Rooms clean with a lovely big terrace and a fantastic view. Recommend highly!

In the beautiful area of kefalos bay, these studios are super close to the beach. The room we got was simple, nothing too fancy but quiet and very clean and with a beautiful private outdoor space in the garden. The hosts are very kind and supportive and they manage also the rent a car nearby (kastri holidays) so we got a very good pricing for the renting of the car as well. Very good value for money and a lovely experience we look forward to have again!

Sono venuta in vacanza a Kos da sola in cerca di un momento di relax e di pace e devo dire che sono rimasta piacevolmente soddisfatta. Irene studios mi è stato consigliato su un gruppo Facebook e devo dire che non potevo trovare di meglio. Letteralmente a due passi dalla spiaggia più bella di Kos, sono stata accolta in un clima familiare ed accogliente. Lo studio pulitissimo e una cucina ben attrezzata e ho potuto cucinare sia a pranzo che a cena senza problemi quando non avevo voglia di uscire. L’arredamento è essenziale ma ben organizzato e non mi è mancato veramente nulla. Un’attenzione all’ospite veramente altissima e una cordialità veramente impressionante. Sono venuti incontro a tutte le mie esigenze sempre con il sorriso e con estrema disponibilità. Wi-Fi perfettamente funzionante (cosa non scontata) e acqua calda sempre (anche questo non sempre scontato). La location è spettacolare: si è fuori dalla confusione del turismo e si vive veramente un’atmosfera rilassante e superlativa. L’isola poi è facilmente girabile in auto senza problemi e tutto è veramente a portata di mano.
