The staff at this hotel are all amazing and the manager should be very proud. The hotel is very remote but only 2 euros on the bus into Kos Harbour or 12 euro for a Taxi. There are no little shops are tavernas close by. The rooms are clean and well equipped we stayed in 572 which had stunning views all around. Entertainment was mainly supplied by the entertainment guy Dominic . He was always cheerful and went out of his way to chat to everyone. The Greek night was really good as was the band. The meals we had were ok from the restaurant there was always something to choose but I would have liked it to be a bit more traditional when it came to the cheeses. The deserts were amazing. There is also a snack bar that served hot food by the pool and another restaurant that wasn’t open on the beach. The cocktails are all freshly made to order and there were quite a few to choose from. There is a charge for pool towels and you can change them every couple of days. There is also a free safe in the room and the WiFi is good. Stunning location if you are looking for a nice chilled break.

Lovely clean hotel. We were all inclusive but think everyone is so need to wear bands. Food is fresh and plentiful. Drinks are quite nice. Greek wine beer and cocktail list too. No limits on how many you can have neither. Snack bar opened weekend we were leaving that did burgers hotdogs and chips. Entertainment guy does his best to get everyone involved through the day and night and seeing it just him he does a good job Downsides are beach is nonexistent. It's just a tiny ***** with debris on. The outdoor eating area wasn't open when we were there neither Has plenty of pools but some are just for the bungalows and no bar neither. For some reason to the pool bar staff keep turning music up so it's pounding and that's no just me being old. One person was picking and choosing the songs and kept his favourite blaring. Other staff kept turning it down but they just pumped it back up and some were inappropriate songs with kids being about . Another downside is it is quite remote. A bus comes every 2 hrs to Kos town which is 2 euro each and be warned they ram everyone on. It's £12 in a taxi one way. But you do have to pay this if you want a change. Not even anything at all local. To walk would take about an hour to Lambi You can hire towels for the beds if you want. Just pay a deposit that you get back. There is also a tax of 10 euro per night and to keep a room on expect to pay a minimum of 65euros until 4pm All in all we got as a bargain holiday for 7 nights but wouldn't consider coming again or recommend any longer due to remoteness

I've stayed at the Aeolos Hotel in Kos and it is really wonderful. The staff, all staff are very kind and helpful. The pool and the beach, including the sea (just 50 metres from the pool) is amazing. The water is soft and shallow sand, you can walk out into the clear Aegean sea for ages before you are up to your shoulders, so very safe for children. The amount of food and service from the staff is very nice, there are many, many choices of food and all delicious..! it's all inclusive and the bar shuts sharp at Midnight. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and all the senior staff are really kind and helpful. I can't wait to return again hopefully later this year.

Cold food. Unhappy staff. Rude manager. Only one outside lunch option. To get lunch, you had to queue to get a ticket !! Then queue to get the food. Crazy second rate system. Pool was filthy, never cleaned the whole time. Hade food poisoning on second to last day.

Lovely staff throughout resort, entertainment guy fantastic, always cheerful and fun. The entertainment in the evenings was surprisingly good and varied. However, lack of seating inside. It is a clean complex, our room was serviced and cleaned to a high standard each day, although one day we were missed. We had a bungalow room on the 2nd floor, it was spacious and had a good shower. Beds were clean and comfortable. The drinks were pretty awful, this includes the cocktails, coffee and soft drinks. The food was ok, always lovely fresh salads to eat but the cheese was bland and tasteless. There was a Stilton cheese which was nice. The bacon at breakfast time was awful, it did not resemble bacon or meat. The fried eggs were wonderful, I guess proper free range. The soup was always really good, so hats off to the chef!!! Overall the food was very average, nothing spectacular. The staff worked hard in the dining room, were always polite and cheerful. We could always find a sun bed round the main pool. The pool water was not heated, therefore only a few people used it. The beach was very very stoney and the sea too rough to swim in. It was mostly very windy during our stay, so glad I took a warm jumper. The hotel is pretty isolated. You can get a taxi into Kos town for 17euros which takes around 20minutes. You can hire a bicycle from the hotel and cycle into Kos. It takes about 1.5 hrs to walk to the town. Kos is full of restaurants and tourist type cheaper shops. There is a harbour which is quite nice. Other than that it’s a pretty underwhelming town and I would not go back. You can book tours from the harbour if you fancy a cheap day out.

Where to start .The rudeness of the manager asking when we checked in if we my partner was staying the entire length of the stay . The room was ok but don't expect rooms cleaned daily (it certainly depends who is your cleaner ) We had bird droppings on the glass on our balcony for the entire stay . The food well let's just say we ate out pretty much every day because it was so poor .Tasteless ,bland and the same dishes for lunch and dinner .For what we paid it was shocking .You certainly don't get a chef preparing the meals .There was only one restaurant because the other one wasn't even open . The beach isn't a beach it's full of rubble and not wide enough for a sunbed . The drinks were also not good , cheap sugar syrups which was a sure way to get heartburn .They ran out of beer and white wine . The outside bar was closed on numerous nights but not enough chairs to sit in the bar so we had to sit in a room upstairs with plastic tables and chairs like sitting in a waiting room . Very poorly managed and clearly not ready for the season . They need decent chefs , a good clean ,more furniture for when they decide to close the bar outside . The only saving grace was the lovely Dominic who did the entertaining and the people we met whilst there . Take extra money to ensure you can afford to eat out because you won't want to stay in and eat there appealing food . This place is a 2* max and we will never return .
