This is my 9th time here with my 84 year old mum. Brilliant buggy service Spotless clean Great staff, very friendly Food was delicious, loving the produce produced on site. Pools very clean. Bring on 10th visit Love a sit at the Shake & Mix in the sun

Absolutely fantastic holiday had by our family. clean rooms, great selection of food at meal times, animation teams were fantastic, everyone really friendly, lots of things on offer for the whole family, pools clean and great temp for a swim, activities by the pool were a hit for our family and the kids absolutely loved the waterpark. All in all a great holiday. We will definitely be returning in the near future!

Just returned from Blue Lagoon Village in Kos 5star. It is only around 15 minutes from airport . Check in was quick be aware you will pay 105 Euros for tourist tax for a week at reception . The room 7209 we were allocated was very basic and a Disabled bathroom . Really needed a refurb . Water kept going everywhere and very slippy . No sink vanity unit to put toiletries etc . Twin beds were tiny however comfortable . Don’t see the point in a mini fridge only two bottles water. Not restocked no beer etc ( not 5star). Plenty of wardrobe space . View to sea and theatre. Also talking to people they had been upgraded free of charge on arrival . Swimup rooms Jacuzzi etc . Note to hotel in low season allocate good rooms to make a lasting impression . Be aware if you want to go anywhere out of complex you will have to hire car or get the bus . Also all of the restaurants were not open low season . Food was lovely we are not fussy eaters . Italian was excellent Chinese was okay nothing to shout about . Ocean restaurant was so lovely during day but not opened in evening later in month . Pool above Ocean restaurant was great no problem with sunbeds . The two staff looking after the bar were fantastic always happy ,bringing your drinks. Areas and gardens are immaculate. It is such a huge complex it would have been lovely to have an adult only bar or area. As everything targeted towards children . Entertainment was shocking for 5 star hotel same every night . I would not say this is a 5 star hotel more of 4 I would only go back if it was a lot cheaper in price .

Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations. It is marketed as a 5* hotel but falls short. The wine served with dinner (according to Google) is a 3€ bottle yet they will only give it to you by the glass. When we asked for a bottle for the table (as a family with 4 adults) we were told that there would be a 22€ charge! The beer is awful and alcoholic drinks very weak / watered down. You’re only given 4 bottles of water in the mini bar which aren’t re stocked. In every other hotels I’ve stayed in you get some beers, soft drinks, sometimes even some snacks which are re stocked every day. The pools are beautiful but are so cold! We travelled with an 8 month old baby. Thankfully we had packed fleece lined wet suits for her or she wouldn’t have been able to swim. Even the baby pool was cold. This hotel is also marketed as having 7 restaurants. We were disappointed to find that most were closed due to hotel capacity. When we complained to Tui, we were told that it’s in the T&C’s. Some of the staff seemed completely miserable which wasn’t nice. I asked for a teaspoon to feed the baby and was told “they’re at the buffet”. It really wouldn’t have taken much to bring me a teaspoon whilst I was struggling to juggle the baby and plates. The hotel grounds are beautiful but they target families which is strange as it isn’t pram accessible. It’s built on a hill so there are steps everywhere. You can’t access the family rooms without having to carry the pram up steps. Suspiciously, when my partners parents joined us and asked for a room upgrade to be closer to us they were asked to pay 300€ cash. They also had an issue with the maid service and their bed sheets weren’t changed for 5 days. The top sheet was simply re tucked in. We also appear to eat later than most at 8pm. By 9pm all of the food was taken away and we were not given any warning! The singer in the reception bar was also terrible. On a positive note, some of the staff were very nice and friendly especially the thai ladies at the dinner buffet. Some of the food was very nice - the king prawns at the Ocean restaurant were delicious. There were also options for the baby including a vegetable puree each day. The grounds and pool are lovely. The adventure land part of the hotel with pools and slides for the kids is great. There was never any issues getting a sun bed or towels. The airport is only 12 minutes away which is also a bonus when travelling with a baby. Overall, I’d say that this hotel is 3*. For the price paid I would have expected a lot more. We will not be visiting this hotel again.

Thank you to all the staff for the surprise upgrade for my husbands birthday. The swim up rooms were ideal. The waterslides, choice of food, location ideal. All staff were very customer service orientated. Great for families with kids. The only down side was the rooms are slightly dated in my opinion and the food although good for catering for the mass not exceptional. Also difficult to find a seat in the evenings in peak season. All these things are minor - overall 4/5.

This is a great and beautiful resort, I have never been to Greece or any of it's Islands before. This was booked as a family holiday for 8 adults and 2 children (aged 2 and 3). My 1st impressions were that all the reception staff were courteous, friendly and professional and dealt with the check in process swiftly. During my stay I also had to attend reception in regards to the booking of a beach Cabana and was dealt with by Bianca, who was polite and gave the impression that she was there to, and wanted to help, and carried this out with a smile. The resort is 1st class and one of the cleanest holiday destinations that I have ever stayed at, there was not a speck of rubbish or dirt anywhere to be seen , all the pools were crystal clear and all surrounding areas spotless, all staff work extremely hard day in and day out and all do so with a smile and are so polite, whether they were gardeners, cleaners, maintenance or all the electric buggy drivers that will move you anywhere around the resort. Although all staff at this resort work relentlessly hard, I would like to commend a few staff during my stay that I had many encounters with (29th Sept-14th Oct), these would be:- Irene Kotsopoulou (Main coffee/cocktail bar below reception) most helpful/polite and goes above and Beyond with customer service. Nothing was ever an issue or a problem for her ,she is a great credit to your team and should recieve the credit that she rightly deserves. Nikos Manavis (Waiter in main coffee/cocktail bar below reception, also pool bars during the day and in the evening at the Ampitheatre) he was one of the most hard working ,polite and professional waiters that I came across on my stay. He would constantly keep a check on all customers while collecting empty glasses and make sure that they always had a full glass if required. I would see him out in the sun at pool bars in the mornings, and in the afternoon he could be seen in the main cocktail bar then in the evening in the Ampitheatre. He would work right through until 01:30 the following morning re-arranging seating ,cleaning the area and bar around the Ampitheatre. Nikos is definitely a credit to you and your resort. Dionisis (Beach bar/cabins and Main coffee/cocktail bar below reception) works unbelievably hard, during the day along the beach in the scorching heat of the sun ,marching up and down serving and replenishing the private beach huts and collecting all empty glasses and rubbish, and then in the afternoon/ evening can be seen working just as hard as a waiter in the main coffee/cocktail bar and again so helpful and goes well above and beyond and is also a big credit to your resort. There is hardly anything at this resort that isn't included in your stay, there is ample food and the restaurants have so much on offer, I've seen some reviews stating that the food is repetitive, but if you were to look around there is always something for everyone if you chose to open your eyes a bit wider and again
