Super Buffet, sehr schön sind die Pools riesige Anlage nur der Strand ist steinig. Personal freundlich Clubhotel draußen herum ist fast nix

We like to drink a cup of coffee in the room in the morning. Bud there is a machine without coffeecups. Coffiecups for the coffee machine in the room you must buy for 1,50 a cup. For me a bid strange to book and pay a good price for all inclusive, in this exclusive/expensive Hotel-Appar**entcomplex, and must pay for coffeecups ... For the rest everything is good arranged. It's a very good accomodation.

After much research of hotels on Kos we chose Astir based on reviews and it’s sea view room category. Having booked months in advance we requested an upper floor sea view room. Upon arrival we were given a lower floor room. Sadly the room is misleading being categorized sea view as shown in the photo I will post. Our view was chaises, umbrellas and the pool with “glimpses” of the sea!! A very unfortunate and disappointing room given our first time to Kos and all the pre-planning and early booking. The room itself was very nice - no complaints, bed was comfortable, A/C worked well. Wi Fi needs upgrading as it was a poor signal and times none at all. Quality of towels needs improving - some were old, worn and thin! We booked half board but only had 1 of 7 dinners at the resort. The resort is very family oriented and lots of unruly children as an FYI. Breakfast was o.k. Parking is easy and convenient. If we return to Kos we would book elsewhere.

I have travelled extensively over the years always staying at 5 star hotels. I can honestly say hand on heart Astir Odysseus is by far the best in so many ways. The very professional courteous staff from the lowest to the top ranking have ALWAYS been so accommodating and nothing is ever a problem for them. From the moment we arrive until we reluctantly have to leave we have always been treated like VIPs and made to feel very very welcomed loved special appreciated and like family even after 6 visits. I would never stay anywhere else in Kos. I could name so many of the staff but this would be a very long review. Trust me Astir is a very special place for me and my family. We had a lovely time at the Astir Odysseus. Everything at the hotel was amazing and really contributed to our relaxing break. We went for a week at half board as neither of us drink alcohol much and so it suited us. Reception - really helpful and charming people Room - we had a family room even though there were just 2 of us! We overlooked the pool nearest the main building, but it was ideal, clean and well maintained. Food - was great, always a decent choice and different themed evenings. Probably ate far too much as I wanted to try everything! Facilities - really good, lots of stuff for kids and I got to beat my other half at miniature golf! There's a climbing wall for those brave enough too! The pools are lovely, the main pool by the beach can get a bit 'party' but it's horses for courses! (the animation team are so fit and lively, I was exhausted watching them :) !!) The beach is nice too, quite narrow but lovely all the same. It was windy when we were there, so we only went to the beach once. The views from the main pool are stunning. from the mountains to the sea, it's quite beautiful. Location - It's a bit off the beat and track, but nothing in Kos is too far from life. We hired a moped and spent a lot of time exploring the wonders of Kos. It is such a stunning island. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. a big thank you to all the team at the Astir; it is a magnificent gem of a hotel and we are even considering going back!

Top infrastructure and very good main restaurant and bars. All staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. The entertainment team was not very present but this could be explained maybe because it was just the beginning of the season. We thought it was a little bit strange that in a 5 star accommodation you should pay for coffee/thee in the room and even for checking the weight of the luggage. The Spa was far to expensive!

Just came back from a two days bussiness trip! I have to admit that it is my first visitin Kos i i wish i could stay longer! The room was nicely decorayed and cleaned daily. The food was really good and many options to choose from! The a la carte was just marvelous! Especially the apple pie! The staff was really well trained and helpful! My next visit will be for holidays and not bussiness!

We stayed for 10 days in a room with a pool! What a relaxing and calming vacation! It was magical to be able to use any time the room pool especially during night under the stars! The food was different every day! I specially liked the pizza and the pasta! We used the tavern twice! The views during night was unique! The staff was helpful, always with a smile and always ready to serve! The rooms, the public areas were spotless. There were many activities to choose from! Kos is only 13€ by taxi away! A great holiday in a great location!

We have visited Kos before! This time was for sure the best one for us! Great hotel, big, luxurious! The gardens are endless and well maintained! The rooms are very clean and spacious! The food! Oh! I could eat all day! Yummy! The buffet has many options to choose from! The tavern we visited only once but it was great too! All the staff, from reception, the bars, the waiters, animation… just happy and always eager to help! Loved the Ancient Greek decoration! Made me feel like I am in Ancient Greece!
