The smell from the sewage treatment plant nearby is so awful that makes you puke. Writing about anything else makes no sense because - believe me - you do not want to smell this thing for your entire stay. Simply - AVOID. What's worse - this is the problem for the entire area of Psalidi, not only this particular hotel. Think well 3 times before going there.

There were bed bugs in room nr.245. The plates and glasses were dirty. The staff were Very kind except in the reception, the receptionist a man got angry at me. The room were dirty .good service . The towel s smell bad

The hotel was a pleasant surprise, apartments set out in large grounds all on one level 2 large pools never packed. Pool bar and a very short walk to the stony beach, bring beach shoes but very pleasant never busy. Windsurfing hire nearby but no paddle boarding!! Hotel was very clean and staff very helpful especially’Luisa’ In reception. Food was very varied and good but probably lacked some flavour at times.

Amazing location for people looking for a quiet space, with great food and quality. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is amazing, and the chef is a very open person always ready to talk with guests. Bar staff is incredibly friendly, always joking, smiling and ready to talk, their drinks are actually alcoholic and you can feel it. The beach is troublesome since its hard to walk in the water because of the huge rocks but the pool was really nice alternative for us. And one thing that was missing for me was a bit of atmosphere. As a huge fan of Greece I would love to eat my meals with greek music in the background, not the commercial, radio one.. just something to make it more greece focused. But that might be a personal preference. Nevertheless I think its an incredible place, expecially for people wanting to cut off from the daily noise and chaos.

I spent a wonderful week at the hotel. The room is clean, as well as the entire area of the hotel. The staff is professional. I had a problem with the door closing and it was fixed immediately. You will always find a free sunbed by the pool and on the beach. There is a pool bar between the pool and the beach. It offers soft drinks, wine, beer, coffee, cocktails, ice cream and snacks. The food was delicious. Breakfast: fruit, vegetables, sweet pastries, fresh waffles and pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausages, french toast. Lunch and dinner: vegetables, salads, feta cheese, tzatziki, several types of meat (grilled, baked, stewed), fish, grilled vegetables, delicious desserts and fruit. There was also a dinner with seafood - fish, shrimp, calamari, mussels. There are no shops, restaurants or tavernas near the hotel. No evening walks. But there is a bus stop at the hotel, you can get to the Kos city for 2 euros in 10 minutes. The bus runs from 7:00 a.m. to midnight. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is the perfect hotel for you.

It is not worth even 3 stars I think, the furniture in the rooms is dated and damaged, cracked tiles in the bathroom, no drinking water in the rooms, cockroaches Ilfound in the bath tub in the morning, barely any food to choose for the kids in the evening and some of it was undercooked, and we had no running water in the bathroom in two rooms for about 20 minutes. Appalling

Perfect spot for a hotel. All very pretty. Unfortunately the management is not doing their job. WI-FI only works sporadically, room service also only works sporadically, all inclusive is a joke. Drinks and cocktails are not drinkable unless you are willing to pay extra. All cups are non recyclable – one way. Food was very good – but service at the tables non existent. The receptionist had no interest in pleasing the customers. A real shame. The hotel, pool and beach would be perfect for a holiday…

I had a massage in the spa area, the atmosphere is very cozy and all the people were polite and smiley. Olivia did my massage and she was very professional, she understood exactly what i needed from that massage. When I come back I’m sure to have a massage again with olivia.

We had a relaxing holiday. There was an AC in the room and the hotel was well located within 5 km distance from the city. I had a facial in the spa, which was relaxing thanks to the professional called Olivia (can recommend her!!) the staff was really helpful during the whole holiday. Though, there were also cons. First, the bugs. We had ants in our room, and they were poisoned twice during the week. Another thing were flies: there were so many of them in the restaurant so the whole dinner we had to focus on trying to prevent them to touch our food which was nothing but relaxing, really disturbing instead. In addition, the food was pretty average. If you’re a vegan, this is not a place for you since the vegan options were basically rice and peas. Also the drinks in the pool bar were quite expensing if you didn’t have the all inclusive. All in all, we had the possibilities to relax like we wanted so it was a lovely holiday.
