Mitsis Ramira

The staff at Mitsis Ramira go the extra mile - from being greeted with a fresh homemade lemonade and a hot cloth after travelling, to a smile and prompt service from staff wherever you go. They make the effort to get to know you and even remembered my usual drink. Staff work so hard and nothing is 'too much' - from the catering staff, to the bar staff, to the reception staff and the cleaners. Not forgetting the friendly man who fills up the mini fridge daily with our favourite drinks (included with the all inclusive). They really make the experience 5*. The pools are lovely and clean and the cocktails plentiful and delicious (especially the Pina colada's which are made fresh daily). The food is the best I've ever had at an all inclusive...fresh, high quality and so varied with beautifully Greek touches to the many dishes. The chef cannot do enough for you. You can notify staff about any dietary requirements and they will ensure you are catered for. There is always freshly squeezed orange juice being handed out and beautiful pancakes at breakfast. Everything is included in the all inclusive and there are no 'hidden costs' like some other places have. Such good value for money. Evening entertainment was fantastic and of such high quality. We managed to catch an incredibly talented and fun trio of soul singers on our first night, with beautiful voices. Later in the holiday we had the pleasure of seeing some mesmerising male opera singers perform to guests. There are comfy lounge chairs throughout and a quieter games room for card players. Beautiful hotel beach with a gyros tavern and comfy padded beach beds with umbrellas. Lots of fun things and food to offer, but everything is close by, unlike some resorts. The hotel is near Kos town but they offer a transfer service (the driver is super friendly and accommodating). Rooms are clean and beautifully maintained by the lovely cleaners. I hope you be back. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mitsis Ramira hotel in Kos. The room was perfect, overlooking the pool, spotlessly clean, and replenished daily. We met Florida, the wonderful housekeeper, who looked after our every need and who couldn't do enough to help. The meals are amazing, and the staff cater for every possible requirement you could imagine. I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough - come and see for yourself.

What a wonderful week we have had at the Mitsis Ramira. Everything has been perfect, from the smiley and helpful reception staff to the excellent service from the restaurant and bar staff. The rooms were kept spotless too. This hotel goes over and above to make your joliday one to remember. It is in a great location for visiting Kos town and has its own beach with breathtaking views across to Turkey. The creperie and beach bar are lovely too. I came with two twenty something children and my 92 year old mother. We all loved it! A special mention goes to the restaurant staff for their wonderfully caring attitude to my mother, especially the man at breakfast who made us all start the day with a smile. All the food is fantastic! There was something for everyone including my vegan son. Thank you! We will be back.

Had the best time at Ramira Beach. The service is so good! The food is really tasty and so are the cocktails. Never had such good cocktails at an all inclusive. We loved the small pool near the 600 rooms. But you have to get there early for a sunbed. I’ve put some pictures up of the outdoor gym, as the website and hotel website doesn’t show the new gym. It’s actually quite good! So in case the lack of gym put you off; there’s weights, bars etc. I would recommend hiring bikes from the hotel and cycling around as that was amazing! They have cycle paths so it’s not scary

Staff were amazing, very helpful and always smiling. Hotel was clean with everything amenitie you could wish for. Will be coming again. The beach and the pool spotless. Rooms were so clean and the mini bar always stocked.😎😁❤️😎😎😎😎😎😎

I am very satisfied with the hotel. The cleaners are great and everything is very clean. We were warmly welcomed with a welcome drink. The room was a dream and the housekeeper “Linda” fulfilled our every wish. The hotel can only be recommended. Even on the beach you will be provided with drinks on the lounger. The service “Maleki” fulfills your every wish at the lounger, whether it is drinks or food.

Ramira Beach Mitsis is an excellent hotel to sent your holidays as a couple or as a family. We came back for a second time because we enjoyed the familiar atmosphere, the nice beach nearby and the delicious food. The whole team is very friendly and obliging. The receptionists as well as Linda and her houskeeping-team are working in a diligent, kind and professional way. We had a great time thanks to the guys at the beach bar (special thanks to Maleki, Miltiadis, Yianis & the guy at the tap), the ladies & guys working at the crêperie and Mâitre Vagelis and his restaurant-crew who take very good care of guests with special belongings (like allergies etc). We will probabely come back!

Had a fantastic week in the Mitsis Ramira Hotel. Food was great plenty to choose from. Managed to book into all restaurants can't fault anything. Staff were amazing especially Lynda who couldn't be any more helpful. Rooms were totally spotless thanks to our lovely housekeeper Marianna. Special thanks to Militdas at the beach bar for keeping the drinks flowing all day. All in all a wonderful holiday.

This is a great hotel. There are 3 pools, one of which is the children's pool with slides. It's been great for our children. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The food in the restaurant has a lot of variety, it's always plentiful and it's very yummy. There are sun beds on the beach and around the pool. There's food outlets everywhere. We loved the creperia with crepes, waffles and ice cream. The staff at the hotel are all friendly and helpful. The cocktails are varied and yummy. We had a great week here. The reception speak good English and they're always happy to help. We booked taxis to Kos old town which wasn't too pricey. They were also very helpful with our return transfer. The hotel has an app which I strongly recommend so you can book trips out, see the menus for the additional restaurants and such like. We wouldn't hesitate to return. Highly recommend visiting Kos old town and the Aegean adventure to Nysyros. The kids team are so lovely and run a disco every evening which we enjoyed. There are lots of activities for children to enjoy. The beach is shingle so just be careful of your feet.
