OMG where do I start, I totally agree with the reviews on here. No way this hotel should be advertised with jet2 the way it is. Had to trek cases up a hill at 2am when arrived. Room was below average, it was specious but not clean. We didn't even sleep in the bed the whole week we slept on the top. Towels not clean , bathroom was filthy! Restaurant, food warmish very very repetitive, pizzas good on lunch time. Restaurant manager rude. Supposed to be an a la carte restaurant but it was closed.Cutlery cups glasses dirty. Didn't have a spa as advertised. Pool dirty went in once and saw how bad it was. Pool beds quite a few broken. Only 1 bar open on day n night, barman through day rude and racist. Entertainment very poor on night only for 1 hour. Cindy from Entertainment team worked hard trying to get people to join in activities, we played darts. Talking to other people the reports we were hearing were terrible, people getting bed bug bites, things stolen from rooms, loads more. Kos town was lovely but expensive, there was a shuttle bus from hotel to take you, thank god coz hotel well away from everywhere. Went to kos for some descent food. Hotel wanted 50euros to keep room on for late check out, what a laugh. I paid too much as it was. I've never been to a hotel like it. Customer service was none existent, just wanted our money knowing it was closing down mid October fir refurbish and getting new staff. Please jet2 take it off your listing's, doesn't look good for you . Couldn't wait to get home. Shame it was our first time in Greece.

Stayed at this hotel beginning of Oct... Do not go there it is dirty everywhere, dangerous slippery floors! When it rains the bar staff don't bother wiping seats and tables when rain stops! They employ thieves as I had two items stolen from my room ( other people have said they had items stolen) food is luke warm, cocktails are too sweet. Reception staff are rude and do not take accountability for anything you say. We had 2 days left after my items were stolen and I told them not to have the cleaners in my room... they didn't clean they just went through my items. We have told EasyJet that they need to visit this hotel as 4 star this is definitely not, I wouldn't give it a 2 star. We were told it's under new management and having a refurbishment... we should have been told this before we booked also they could have cleaned, looked after us paying customers and not looked moody or be rude to customers... people work hard to afford to go on holiday and expect some level of respect, cleanliness and feel safe... I had none of that and was very disappointed! The mini bus broke down several times so if you needed to be somewhere at a certain you would probably had been late! I have had loads of holidays and I can say this is the worse place I have ever stayed!! My friend that came on this holiday as reported all the issues with EasyJet and sent pictures and they were great but they do need to see this hotel with their own eyes! They did compensate us a little but it wasn't about the money we needed to let them know what they are selling... it is a disgusting hotel But it has so much potential owed and run by someone and staff that actually give a s --- about their customers.

On arriving at the hotel late at night the reception looked lovely and welcoming however that warm welcome was short lived several couples were abruptly ordered to follow a member of staff to find our rooms in convoy up a very steep incline with our rooms . The rooms were the best with what can only be described has extremely dated and definitely not of 4*standard there were water stains on everything mould hairs what looked like someone had sneezed in the shower and was stook to the shower wall the toilet seat werent attached correctly and moved constantly to tired from the travel and trek up the huge steep hills and steps to the rooms just climbed into bed and was planning to discuss the hygiene issue with reception the following morning , on waking the following morning was even more unimpressed by the fact it was looking more like this room had just had a quick flick before we arrived as found make up and hair on the bed sheets that werent from us yuck .on raising the issues with reception we was told they would send the cleaner however the only time we had the cleaner for the entire time we were there was to empty the bin no cleaning was ever done one the third day we arranged to go on a boat trip to be away from the hotel and we stayed in kos town for evening meal to avoid the hotel on returning late into the evening we returned to our room completely flooded my luggage and several items of clothing were soaking i made the long trek back to reception to report this and was greeting by a young girl on reception who when faced with a problem looks like a rabbit in headlights she phoned the manager for advise on what she should do and was told to give us a new room a totally unhelpful due to her finishing her shift she passed me the room key and told me to move my things and find security to help find the new room after me and my partner packing and lugging soaking wet luggage around for over half a hr we finally found said security who was to busy to help watching a clip on his phone the morning after i went to reception to hand in our old room key to my surprise the reception was expecting us to return to that room has the water had been cleaned this place is nothing but a dump run by clowns who have no respect for anyone not one person apologied for the damage to our clothes or luggage or offered to help when i asked to speak to management about the terrible week and why no one had document the complaint the management lied to my face and said she was unaware the staff and management find it amusing that people complain and laugh in your face and explain theres nothing you can do about it due to no record of it but also say to you they have a policy of keeping records this place wants shutting down for poor management and hygiene and should be avoided at all cost this was advertised as a 4*all inclusive holiday with ala carte restaurant a spa with indoor pool jacuzzi and snack bar this place has none of these facilities. This resort describes itself as a lot of things it is not: Near to Kos Town Has a spa Has a gym Is 4 star NONE OF THESE THINGS ARE TRUE. It is not possible to walk to the beach or into Kos Town; it is too far. The roads are narrow, windy and steep. It does not have a spa or a gym. It does not have an upstairs dining room. It has steep, high steps which are slippery when wet (we had some rain) and steep inclines which is totally unsuitable for anyone with serious mobility issues. Chalets are spread out, some distance from the too small restaurant, so if it's raining, you will need coats and/or brollies so you don't get wet. It does not deserve its 4 stars for service nor hygiene. It has no communal area to sit and nowhere to walk to. Each room has a TV but no remote or has a remote but without the batteries. The resort is dirty, mouldy, ill equipped for the number of guests and chronically understaffed. We booked a twin room but were given a double. We learned from other guests that this was commonplace. Reception said if we waited until the next day they would sort it but they did not. The 'cleaners' came most days. Each time they gave us new towels to replace the ones we kept on the floor to stop us slipping as water flowed from under the sink and under the bath whenever we ran the taps. They seemed to think this was normal. They emptied our bins but did NOTHING ELSE. No cleaning, no changing the bed. Our supplies of water, tea bags and milk were never replaced, despite our requests. We had to run the water for 5-10 minutes before it became slightly warm. The food is average and 'samey'. I am a Coeliac and was told by the Maitre d'Hotel to avoid all dairy products, but Coeliacs are allergic to gluten, not dairy. There is no proper understanding of allergies and no proper labelling of foods, which is dangerous to anyone with an allergy. Many foods are simply not labelled. None of it is hot. My friend has COPD and gradually became unwell as the week wore on, due, we suspect, to the overwhelming smell of mould and damp in our chalet, despite us keeping the door and window open as much as possible. Along with other guests we were bitten badly and had to buy insect repellent. The Aegean View says the complex will be completely refurbished at the end of the season (2025), but as they have misrepresented the resort so badly to date, we have serious doubts that it will be done to any good standard. I would not recommend this resort, nor stay at it ever again. It is one huge disappointment.

Having read the reviews I was dreading staying here ,got there and thought okay why so negative realised after 3 days when we had to complain about a toilet seat that was broken in my daughters room (27 weeks pregnant) then realised that the cleaners don't clean, went into kos town to buy cleaning products but it seems that little supermarkets don't sell them ,the rooms weren't cleaned before we got there (there were stains in the sink and toilet) we were there 10 nights and I the only thing that were changed were the bins its unbelievable that beds were never changed we had to ask for clean towels, toilet rolls ,yesterday morning the cleaner in my son and his fiancé's room came in and put 3 little shampoos in the bathroom and walked back out ,I should have realised how bad it was when I made a cup of tea on the Sunday the 5th and the milk (tiny pots which I thought were long life)had gone off ,dated 2nd of October we didn't get there until the 3rd .im so disappointed as we will never go back to kos because of the hotel .

This is the worst holiday I’ve ever experienced in my entire life! I’ve been to 2 star hotels which were better than this! We read the reviews before we came and we all said it will be okay as long as the rooms are clean that’s all that matters, so we thought we’d make our own decision when we arrived. When we first arrived we thought wow the reception is lovely but then when we checked in the guy who had manger on his badge was rude - we were a couple with my mother in law and brother in law in another room, we couldn’t be more far apart from each other, my mother in law being 71 they put her right at the top of the hill which isn’t even joined to the complex and had to ring every time they wanted to come down to the restaurant and pool areas but with no phone in apartment they had to use there own data which was charged! One night they couldn’t get a lift back because they would have to wait 20 minutes because the driver was taking someone to a different hotel? So she had to walk! Over the next couple of days my brother in law complained to the hotel asking if they could have a slip Matt in the bath because my mother in law nearly slipped in the bath to be told there is no slip Matt’s! So he asked to be moved to a different room with just a walk in shower to be told no rooms have that and that they were at full capacity? But when speaking to different guest they didn’t have a bath in there room just a shower? So we were lied too! Couple of days went on and the drains smelt so bad in there room and they were both bitten to death and a necklace had gone missing from the room! So my brother in law and partner when down and demanded a room change and the necklace to be put back where is was and they were not moving till it happened! Miraculously they had found a room that was close to reception much cleaner and didn’t smell and even that evening they had turned up with a slip Matt and the necklace was found! It didn’t stop there for me and my partner though we were put right at the top of the hill in the complex in 701 where I think all the staff had rooms, when we first walked into our room I thought nice basic walked out and thought nice pool right near us but it just got worse we walked into the bathroom and that’s where stuff started to get worse! It didn’t looked like it had been cleaned in about 6 months - writing on bathroom door black mould everywhere - bath not clean toilet not clean sink vile little flying bugs everywhere. I had complained to easyJet after a couple of days to be moved due to me being 30 weeks pregnant and it was hard for me to walk up and down to reception all the time and the noise above us it the room that kept me up all night and told them the room was disgusting, I also told easyJet that the TV don’t work and I didn’t have a kettle but had tea/coffee supplies to be told by easyJet that they were at full capacity and that they don’t supply a kettle but everybody else we talked to had a kettle - we were also told that m

On arrival the night receptionist never helped us up to our room with our suitcases and we was on a hill. Food was expectable and generous and lots to choose from. The only hard worker in the restaurant was stavros’s daughter who looks 12 years old. stavros didn’t do much but moaned at his staff and all he wanted to do was sit down and eat. The rooms were disgusting we had a big cockroach who lived under the bath and came out in the night when we wanted to go to the toilet. We had a flood in the bathroom and the drains were blocked elsewhere and human feces particles came through the shower below our feet. Fridge was full of mould and pox to prove it. Beds got changed once whilst we was here and towels were stained.. There is lots more I can say but I won’t go into detail.. we heard they are renovating this hotel so hopefully sooner than later otherwise people will stop coming here as kos is a nice place to holiday.

OMG this has to be the worst AI hotel. I understand that it will shortly be undergoing a much needed refurbishment I a week’s time. The food is absolutely disgusting. The same every day, even put in the same spot. They’ve run out of red and rosy wine and will not be restocking!! The room is barely habitable & so outdated. I’m sure the staff are great but are absolutely fed up with it. No worries you pay the 5* Greek tourist tax. Absolutely don’t bother. I’m now going to write to Jet2, who should be ashamed of this as part of their portfolio
