A disaster for 24 thousand – I definitely do not recommend it! A five-star hotel? More like a better three-star guesthouse, and that too with my eyes closed. A website full of promises of “rich food” and “luxury” is a complete mockery. In reality, you are greeted by a single employee who first takes your suitcases, then mixes drinks and serves you in the restaurant in the evening. But he was nice. The only thing that is really nice is the wellness. But even that has its BUT: it closes at 7 pm (!) – and it is intended only for adults. I don’t see why we couldn’t enjoy it at least in the evening. Food? A total farce. Breakfasts are in line with a better guesthouse, definitely not a five-star hotel. Lunch? One dry grilled pork steak and one potato, really! And a “rich” salad bar: beets, cabbage and a few cucumber rings with peppers. Dinner? Disaster. And the best part: we slept under the roof in a room without air conditioning! It was over 27 degrees outside, the sun was beating down on the room all day, but according to the owner, we were "in the mountains, where it's cold after all". Total arrogance. No one told us in advance that there was no air conditioning in a "five-star" hotel. When we wanted to leave early because we couldn't sleep at night and didn't want to welcome the mosquitoes - instead of understanding, all we got was: "You chose this room." Two nights for two for 24 thousand? A complete waste of money. Reviews are being deleted here, but I'll keep writing them. I definitely don't recommend this "hotel". You'd be better off going to Dubai for a week or to Oreo for half that. Five stars? In real life! This is a maximum three-star guesthouse with a nice wellness center and crazy arrogance of the owners.
