호텔 디바 스파(Hotel Diva Spa)

Great location , just 250m from the sea, You can relax in spa , go to the gym , play squash or swim in the pool / relax in sauna so there are a lot of possibilites to spend time. Actually there are a lot of hotels in Kołobrzeg but i felt the i'm paying normal money for quite good hotel.

This hotel was good if you bring children, but not for couples: Bad food! Really not worth the money - we bought dinner included but only used it once. Breakfast was not good either. The pool and the spa was too cold (a spa should be min. 35-36 degrees, not 33). The cleaning included no bed-making and no vacuming. The personel was not service minded and half of them did not speak neither English, nor German. Not worth 4 stars if you ask me.

Unbelievably bad service and bad attitude from almost all the reception and restaurant staff during our entire 2 day stay. No friendly smile, Hello or Welcome from anybody, not once. When we notified the reception upon arrival that internet did not work in the room, they told us to wait until next day at 10 am. No apologies, nothing to make it up to us! Nobody cleaned our room after noontime on a Monday, despite the hanging door note to clean our room. The pool area looks 10 times better in the picture than in reality, we chose not to use it. We had dinners included as well but after first night of bad service, we decided not to go back second night. Parking was also a problem - we counted on free parking available as per our reservation but the receptionist said they had nothing available for 2 weeks! The standard of the room (we booked a Luxury room) was pretty poor, the curtains were ripped and sowed in the middle of the window and nothing said Luxury but was quite standard. We did NOT feel welcome and this is not a place we would recommend to anybody!

The fact that the hotel promotes itself as a four star hotel makes me rate the hotel lower Hotel room clean, but smelled quite strongly of something undefined chemical Curtains have been torn and badly repaired We stayed for two nights, but saw no attempt to clean the room second day Reception staff giving an attitude whenever we contacted them No WiFi in the room. When we complained we were asked to contact IT next day. After waiting over a hour he came. The result was him placing a mini router in the room In the booking it stated parking was available. Well - it existed, but was full. Luckily enough it was parking available not to far away from the hotel Finally - breakfast ok, but nothing more. Included dinner was really basic - we only tried one of the days Best hotel improvement potentials are focus on the customers - smile instead of giving an attitude + acknowledge at until things change, this is not a four star hotel

Firstly, Let’s start with advantages: *delicious food for breakfast and dinner. Quite a broad variery of food you can chose from. Sweet and high quality of fruits! *very big kids club we could spend a lot of time with our daughter. Animations for children and adults 3times a day! *clean and big swimming pool with space for small children *the room itself was spacious and clean And disadvantages: *no air conditioning in rooms...which made it difficult to sleep *we had a room next to the hotel cafe and it was so noisy in the late evenings...lodu music around 10pm *uncomfortable beds

Das Personal hätte zum Teil ein bisschen geduldiger mit den Gästen umgehen können und nicht auf den überpünktlichen Feierabend fixiert sein sondern mehr gastfreundlich sein.

Были в конце мая. Схватило спину. Два дня ждали пока вызовут врача или скорую. Пришлось выехать на один день раньше. Деньги не вернули за ночь. Этот отел не кому не посоветую. Прозьба о помощи была полностью игнорирваная.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig, eine defekte Hotelzimmertür wurde innerhalb von vier Tagen nicht repariert, das wiederholte zeigen von der Zimmerkarte und eines Hotel - Ausweises sowohl beim Essen als auch im Bade- und Wellnessbereich war wirklich anstrengend. Reinigungsservice fürs Zimmer bestand lediglich im Wechsel der Handtücher und Bereitstellung zweier kleiner Wasserflaschen. Nachdem das Kind einmal im Zimmer erbrochen hatte und der Reinigungsservice verständigt werden musste , kamen zwei Damen die ihrem Unmut über das Geschehene durch das permanente wiederholen polnischer Schimpfwörter deutlich zum Ausdruck brachten. Schlussendlich bleibt es ein kinderfreundliches Hotel mit guter Ausstattung , Abstriche müssen jedoch bei der Freundlichkeit des Personals und beim Reinigungsservice hingenommen werden.

Die Umgebungen war sehr schön. Das Essen war ok, nur für Kinder gab es leider nicht so eine große Auswahl.
