Stay was good single room was too small in area, mattress was not comfortable, i have an issue with water heater which resolved soon, bath room was no so tidy and very small for the price they quoted and location of hotel food was average, too much sweet otherwise quantity was good

AC 기숙사였기 때문에 숙박은 괜찮았습니다. 그러나 청결에 대한 불만은 없습니다. 나는 괜찮은 침대 # 18을 얻었다. 호텔에서 나오자마자 음식을 얻을 수 있습니다. 여기에 머무르는 주요 장점은 howrah 기차역이 약 2개라는 것입니다. 일반 여행자에게 적합할 수 있는 5km 떨어져 있습니다. 또한 남성 고객 전용이라는 점에서 매우 중요한 메모입니다. 정수된 물을 마실 수 있습니다. 화장실은 괜찮습니다. 목욕 가능. 이 모든 것을 염두에두고 비슷한 가격대의 싱글 AC 룸 호텔을 얻을 수 있기 때문에 비용이 약간 높다고 느꼈습니다. 그러나 그럼에도 불구하고 하루나 이틀 동안은 괜찮 았습니다.

I was looking for cheap hotel near sealdah railway station and i got this. Room and washroom were clean. Everything was good. Metro and railway station is just 500m. it would have been in range. then it was excellent choice.

A decent stay near sealdah station. Don't expect much facilities at this price point. However rooms are clean and stuffs are well behaved. The locality is having a vegetable market so a bit filthy and smelly. But once you reach the guest house it's all neat and clean.

AArindam방은 완벽한 에어컨 온도로 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 화장실의 반 개방형 샤워 부스는 화장실 전체의 혼란을 피하기 위해 조심스럽게 샤워를 해야하기 때문에 성가신 일입니다. 전체 칸막이는 삶을 더 좋게 만들었을 것입니다. 음식은 주말 점심과 저녁 식사에 큰 퍼짐으로 좋습니다. 그러나 호텔 군중은 특히 아침 아침 식사 시간에 상당히 낮습니다. 회사에 방 n 회의실을 내보내는 호텔 정책은 이 결과입니다. 오해는 없지만 레스토랑은 음식을 위해 길을 도는 사람들과 주변 사람들을 판단하는 이 붐비는 불도저로 인해 매우 시끄럽습니다. 또한 배낭을 레스토랑 의자에 덤프하지만 다른 의자에 앉습니다. 이 경험은 한 번이 아니라 5월 22일 말과 8월 22일 초에 두 번의 여행에서입니다. 호텔이 그것에 대해 무엇을 할 수 있는지 확실하지 않지만 이것이 바로 그것입니다. 레스토랑 직원은 친절하고 리셉션 직원은 더 많은 교육이 필요합니다. 그들은 춥고 전문성이 부족합니다. 그들이 청구하는 가격에 머물기에 전반적으로 좋은 곳입니다.

AAmanI shall start from arrival at the hotel. We were a family of four who had booked two rooms at the property. We arrived around 14:30 Hrs (at least 30 mins after the designated check-in time). First of all, although the check-in desk at the hotel is quite huge, there were only 3 staff members ***ning the desk, all of them occupied. We had to wait for around 15 mins, looking here and there like *****s with our bags on before someone greeted us. And I do not mind waiting for check-in; what I do mind is that despite multiple staff members seeing us wait, not one of them acknowledge our presence and asked us to take a seat and wait. They would all look at us and carry on. Forget a warm smile, forget a namaste, we were made to feel like fools just standing there without anyone attending to us. When we finally did get a chance to check in, we were given two adjacent rooms. The key to one room was handed over to us, and we were told that the second room is not ready yet and that as soon as it is ready the key would be sent to us in our room. We said okay and moved towards our room. Once in our room, all four of us sat waiting in one room for around 45 mins for the key to the second room. We were not able to unpack because we wanted to unpack in our respective rooms. Tired and hungry, we left the hotel to get ourselves some lunch and some sightseeing, hoping that by the time we return our second room would be ready. When we returned and asked for the key to the second room from the reception desk, we were told that the room that was allocated to us had been now given to someone else -- and we were given some other room that was ”close” to the first room. I understand that asking for adjacent rooms is a mere request and not a right. But had we been given a ”close” room earlier, we could have gotten the keys earlier at the time of check-in! We waited for a room for so long, only for it to be given to someone else. Fast forward to the next morning's breakfast. The spread was quite good and quite diverse in variety. However, again the entire staff at the breakfast looked tense for some reason. And they kept messing up with live counter orders. No one had a smile on, no one welcomed you with warmth, and no one made you feel as if you were staying in a 5-star hotel (which The Lalit considers itself to be). Our entire experience with The Lalit was below par at the very least. It was not the kind of experience you would expect from a branded property that so conveniently calls itself a luxury 5-star property. I honestly feel for the money that I paid, I could and should have gotten a different property and that would have been definitely better. For the foreseeable future, and till things change, I do not see myself staying at any Lalit property.

Amazing experience, amazing service and great food. Rimpi ensured we were comfortable. Rimpi is an extremely talented girl . We had a great time .
