심플 라이프 클리프 뷰 리조트

改善：水力不足又不沒有熱水洗澡。晚上有黑貓出入房間，嚇人呀！一邊露台燈壞，不能外出坐下。日間外面整路，影響休息。鎖卡門打不開門，需要叫服務員來開門。有地面房間又說要收高消費，因為我腳不方便行數梯，其他酒店不會這樣情況，所以我住一晚就離開了。早上免費早餐． 咖喱薯仔變質，半小時後肚痛急需要去廁所。

This was a nice place to stay to be honest. It was cost efficient but also a very nice resort for being on a small island I was expecting it to be less but it did a good job of keeping up with standards of bigger islands or cities. Plumbing always worked, room was cleaned everyday, comfy bed, clean sheets, stylish room with a loft over looking the pools, was a little ant problem when I first arrived but they fixed that right away, beautiful view with cascading pools and a deck that looks out to the ocean. Definitely will stay there again.

After being told wrong hotel, got to apparently right hotel. Room double booked and other people booked before me. Given an empty dorm room, except people there till 7pm. They had been through the same process and leaving because of it. Room was not clean , beds not even put together and toilet filthy after long term abuse. Water not working from 5am. Aircon broken and leaking all night. Went to complain and told to complain to agoda they will not pay refund. Nice scam going on here-pretty obvious by the comments. Seedy company, poorly run and highly deceiving.

Lovely hotel in an amazing location. Walking distance to anywhere in Koh Tao. Staff was super friendly and always ready to help. The overall structure needs a little refurbishment as it’s a bit dated, other than that everything was just perfect and this place is worth the money.

Great stay at the Simple Life Cliff View Hotel. We booked room 102 with direct sea view. It's just fabulous! The flat is spacious with bay windows overlooking the water, large balcony and a private roof terrace... Wow!!! Very nice infinity pool on 3 floors with sea view. All the reception staff are lovely and helpful with always a smile 🥰 Special thanks to Haymar for his kindness and also Moe, Poo and the gentleman who does the transport 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 We would recommend this hotel which is very good value for money 👍🏻

This is our third time to Simple Life Cliff View resort for a good reason! The location. The location of this hotel is perfect. It is between the pier and Sairee beach which means you have access to everything you need in either area but you are in a quiet location to rest and relax. The rooms. The pool view or resort few rooms are perfect. They have a large sitting room with two couches a table and a huge bed. The outdoor patio is also a good size with a table to enjoy morning coffee or a couch to lay out and read a book. The rooms really are one of the biggest we had in Thailand. Most of the rooms have a view or slight view of the ocean and an ocean breeze which is very welcome in the heat The staff. The staff here are absolutely wonderful. Heymar at the front desk is a super star. She’s been with the hotel for about 10 years and manages everything brilliantly. She is helpful, kind, smart, and willing to help you with whatever you need. Phoo is a rising star at the hotel and is also at the front desk ready to help with whatever you need. The restaurant staff are always smiling and happy to feed you and everyone in housekeeping happily keeps your room neat and tidy. We were at Cliff View for two weeks and could have easily stayed longer. When we left it was like leaving family; hugs, smiles and wonderful memories. I highly recommend this hotel. The only negative thing I can say is that the property is in need of some major repairs. The wooden deck throughout the property is falling apart and rusting. There are some deckboards missing or sunken in some areas which can be a trip hazard for younger or older travelers. There are also some rusty jagged nails visible in some areas around the deck by the ocean. My husband actually cut his leg on one of these rusty nails which left quite a gash. We did speak with Management about it and they do plan to fix these issues, I just hope they do it soon so that it doesn’t get worse or other guests have minor injuries from the nails or deck boards.
