코사무이, New Tree House , Bang PO 근처 호텔

수영장이 없다면 이 호텔은 적어도 나에게는 이상적인 숙소가 아닐 것입니다. 기본 세면 도구 및 편의 시설이 없습니다. 샤워캡, 물잔, 헤어드라이어 등. 방 바닥이 슬리퍼를 항상 신어야 할 것 같은 느낌이 듭니다. 내 수건에는 청소할 수 있는 얼룩이 있었습니다. 직원은 전혀 상호 작용하지 않았습니다. 메이드인 누군가에게 샤워캡을 달라고 했더니 ”여기는 샤워캡을 제공하지 않는다”는 말 대신 고개를 저었다. 내가 방을 청소하는 그들을 지나쳤을 때, 인사는 없었다. 리셉션조차도 그다지 도움이되지 않습니다. 우리가 리셉션에 들어갔을 때 ”sawaddee”가 없습니다. 위치는 COSI의 셀링 포인트이지만 코사무이 중심부에 위치한 센트럴 백화점 바로 옆에 있습니다. 주택가와 관광지임에도 불구하고 너무 조용했다. 수영장도 훌륭한 시설입니다. 하룻밤 정도 방이 필요한 경우에만 여기에 머물러야 합니다. 이상적인 휴양지가 아닙니다. 아마도 돌아 오는 호텔 목록에 없을 것입니다.

방은 매우 깨끗하고 깔끔했습니다. 호텔 서비스는 매우 좋았습니다. 서비스 직원은 매우 친절하고 정중하며 열정적이었습니다. 바다 전망 객실에서는 침대에서 일출과 일몰을 볼 수 있어 완벽합니다. 호텔에서는 매일 다른 과일과 스낵을 제공하는데, 모두 매우 맛있습니다😋. 특히 코코넛 케이크는 먹고 나서 친구들이랑 나눠먹으려고 기념품으로 샀어요. 제가 묵었던 호텔은 애인의 생일과 겹쳤습니다. 호텔측에서 애인을 깜짝 놀라게 해줄 방을 세심하게 준비해 주셨고, 케이크도 제공해 주셔서 매우 만족스러운 생일이었습니다. 다음에도 계속 이 호텔에 묵을 예정입니다.

When we arrived at Ko Samui airport, the transfer service from the hotel worked perfectly. We received a very warm welcome at the hotel and were given our room straight away. The room (Grand Deluxe Room) far exceeded our expectations. It's less of a room and more of a small apartment without a kitchen. The hotel complex is absolutely paradisiacal. Lots of beautiful plants and very well maintained. The beach was amazing, the most beautiful beach we have seen on Ko Samui (we explored the whole island by motorbike that we also rent from the hotel). The sea - turquoise blue clear water. The great thing is that it is a private beach so only accessible to hotel guests and therefore not overcrowded. The food was fantastic. There is a very large selection and there really is something for everyone. The pool area directly on the beach with an included pool bar is very beautiful. And the cleanliness of the whole hotel was excellent. What particularly impressed us and what we have never experienced on our many trips... was the warmth and friendliness of all the staff. Everyone was always helpful, funny and good organized. Friendships developed in this short time, for which we are very grateful. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for what you have done for us. You gave us a wonderful honeymoon and organized such a beautiful candlelight dinner that we will never forget in our lives. When we arrived at 12pm, we were told by a lovely young lady at the front desk that our room wasn't ready which we were fine to wait until it was. A different woman came to the counter and said we could pay $400Baht more a night (we were booked for 8 nights) to be check in to one of the poolside units right away. We didn't want to be poolside for noise levels and privacy reasons but she insisted we look at the unit anyways. After viewing the room, we again declined the upgrade and were told very rudely ”Ok, you will wait til 2pm for check-in then!” Pool area wasn't very clean most days with empty glasses being left to sit all day and soggy cigarette butts left lying about. The pool is super narrow and small. The beach was not swim-able when we were there and the beach area not usable for lounging. Loud, bassy, repeated music at the pool area all day and night. Breakfast was at a restaurant directly across the street which was a pain to cross some days. Some of the staff were friendly, some not at all. Not a lot of seating so it gets filled up at times and you'll have to go back later if this is the case. All the food was pretty bad. Tons of tiny ants crawling all over the breads, fruit, juice, milk and tea as well. There is a 7-11 just up the road a bit which was great for things like big jugs of water and snacks. The Otteri self serve laundry place not too far away and super affordable.

My daughter wanted to go somewhere really special to celebrate her 30th birthday and was interested in going to Thailand. Then she saw some photos of this hotel and it’s amazing views. After reading the reviews the decision was made. We were so excited and so hoped it would live up to everything we dreamed of. We had chosen a private pool villa and it was THE most amazing room with a private pool and outside jacuzzi in a beautiful garden. We felt like we were living in a dream. The big round inside jacuzzi bath in our bathroom was huge. On her birthday I had decorated our room and the staff matched the colours with petals on the bed and two cakes. One was made from towels the other was a delicious white chocolate one! The room was behind the main beach pool so we would get a buggy up to the lounge but we always chose to walk down the big hanging bridges back to the room. The views were stunning and the bridges and stairs looked so pretty lit up at night. We both visited the spa for treatments on her birthday which were very nice. We wanted to go to an ethical elephant sanctuary whilst in Thailand and the concierge booked us to go to Samui Elephant Kingdom. This was just a short drive from the hotel and was one of the high lights of our trip. It was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend it. The club lounge was where we had our daily afternoon tea and evening drinks and canapés. The club staff were great they got to know us and knew my daughter liked the duck spring rolls. To her surprise they brought out two on a plate with candles in on her birthday whilst singing “happy birthday“. It’s the little things that make it perfect. I would like to thank you all for everything. I can only remember a few names, Lisa, Knowfang, Meen, Markey but you were all great. A special thank you goes to Dow. You were amazing, kind, professional, friendly and very helpful especially when the air con needed attention. I can’t thank you enough. I had wished we got to see you before we left to say it personally but it was your day off. All the staff from management to ground staff were professional, friendly, polite and always had a smile on their faces. The service was excellent. The hotel app was great. If you wanted anything you just sent a message and the response was immediate. We wanted different pillows they were there in 5 minutes. We asked for sun loungers for our garden again there in a few minutes. We had a problem with the air con and immediately the engineers came. I have never stayed anywhere with such great service. This hotel not only lived up to expectations it surpassed them. It really was like living in a dream. Thank you to all the staff for making this the perfect holiday. We will most definitely be back.

We stayed for 10 days and had booked with Luxury Escapes so had numerous extras included in our booking. It is a very clean resort with staff that always try to please and are very friendly. We suggested to put up more no smoking signs around the pool and this was acted upon. Wee is a very friendly Manager and always approachable. The resort is very close to central town and on the beach front.

장소는 시내 중심가에서 도보로 약간 떨어져 있지만 해변에 가고 싶은 사람들에게 좋습니다. 누군가를 데리러 오는 데 관심이 있음) 수영장이 있는 미니 스위트룸은 정말 훌륭했습니다. 코사무이에 다시 간다면 분명히 다시 머물 것입니다. ) 아침식사는 대부분 뷔페로 준비했어요!! ! 어쨌든 여자랑 코사무이에 간다면 프라이빗 풀이 딸린 이 호텔 빌라를 이용하시면 후회 안하실거에요
