I had a very nice stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth, and the host/staff was friendly and helpful throughout. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was easily accessible. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere—it made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent property to visit I think the front office men should have some proper training while speaking on phone and while receiving the guest a big zero to the front office boy today morning I visit your property I don't remember the name a blue uniform guy first I entire much early before time he was not even bother to smile at me he did even greet me it was a totally unprofessional attitude not only that..... Please take care on this rest security staff in the morning was the first person to inform me about the time he was very nice ... The black uniform bald He was very nice rest alll services right from House keeping service was excellent A love it MR Sukesh and his team was very helpful and also two girls in the service staff warmly wished my birthday it was amazing to see such a thing from you're side I hope you take care of the above FRONT OFFICE STAFF..... I don't know his name he was in the morning today only that is a small complain it is said that front office is where the things start so please work on it.... A humble request

We were booked by an agent, and thought we were going to the Sheraton. On arrival we were disappointed at the error, but not for long. Staff were lovely and very accommodating, room was great, with a balcony as well. We went twice to their seafood restaurant across the road, which has only been open a month, not even a sign up yet. Food was sensational, I was so surprised. The first night we had a seafood platter, which had 2 giant tiger prawns, a big cutlet of seabass, calamari and prawns, and a side dish of fried anchovies. The second night we had whole sea bass and mud crab I only wish they were licensed, a glass of Reisling would have made it perfect.

We had an amazing time at Nihara Resort catching up with good old friends and their families in Kochi on vacation away from our home in New Orleans, USA. Our school and college buddies were treating us at the resort. Nihara offers the serene Kerala beauty of back waters, yet close to the busy city center. We could watch the lively waterway from the sit out yard, traditional ferry crossing boats passing and fish vending small canoes filled with fresh catches docking at nearby residential waterway steps, negotiating prices with the neighboring households etc. Our childhood memories of Kerala village life watching from the resort shore was priceless for us. Food variety at the resort was excellent, nicely prepared Kerala dishes with choices of seafood and variety meats spiced just right. The stay at the resort gave us an unforgettable look back to a past we all could capture back. Staff could not be any more professional and nice, tending to any requests with a smile.
