코 리페, Ko Usen 근처 호텔

먼저 부두에서 우리 짐을 호텔 교통편으로 운반하는 직원의 환영을 받았고 호텔까지 약 10분 이동했습니다. 리셉션 직원은 사랑스러웠고, 시원한 얼음 주스와 차가운 수건으로 우리를 맞이했고, 신속하게 체크인한 후 골프 버기를 타고 객실로 이동했고, 허니문 스위트에 머물렀습니다. 방 자체는 아름답고 매우 크고 놀라운 AC와 방 안에 자쿠지가 있었습니다. 객실은 단지 내 높은 곳에 위치하여 멋진 전망을 감상할 수 있지만 객실까지 도보로 5분 거리에 있습니다. 아침 식사는 태국, 페이스트리, 요거트, 쌀 / 국수, 계란 및 베이컨, 팬케이크, 주문한 오믈렛, 집에서 구운 케이크 및 쿠키의 표준 옵션으로 매우 훌륭했습니다. 다양한 종류의 차, 커피, 주스가 제공됩니다. 호텔의 위치는 우리에게 완벽했습니다. 해변을 따라 섬의 중심지인 '워킹 스트리트'까지 도보로 약 10분 거리입니다. 호텔은 파타야 해변에 위치하고 있으며 정직하게 제가 가본 최고의 해변 중 하나입니다. 확실히 가장 좋고 가장 깨끗한 물을 가지고 있었습니다. 이 호텔과 서비스를 기꺼이 추천합니다.

호텔은 섬의 모든 해변에 빠르게 접근할 수 있는 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 내부에 있는 호텔은 편안한 숙박에 필요한 모든 편의 시설을 제공합니다. 냉각 수영장, 여러 옵션이 있는 훌륭한 아침 식사, 항구를 오가는 무료 양방향 교통편도 제공합니다. 우리 방은 항상 깨끗하고 깔끔했고 침대는 편안했습니다. 체크인은 매우 매끄럽고 책상에 있는 소녀들은 얼굴에 미소를 띠고 매우 열심히 일합니다. 그들은 모든 것을 기꺼이 도와주었습니다. 우리는 머무는 모든 순간을 즐겼으며이 호텔을 적극 추천합니다.

We booked to stay in a fan cottage for 3 nights via the hotel’s own website which had a rate of 900THB per night which seemed better than that on booking engines. First impressions were that it’s a large ‘resort’ right on the beach next to where the speedboat ferries dock and adjacent to Walking Street which is 5 minutes walk away (though we heard no noise from it). There are a range of rooms- cottages with a/c and a block of rooms which also had a/c. There are about a dozen fan only cottages at the rear of the complex. Ours was rustic but clean with intact insect screens and a large bed. The bathroom was half open which was good for drying towels etc. All cottages have a balcony, ours was shaded by trees which kept the room cool though the fan worked well too and we actually slept better than we had in a/c rooms. Only downside to the room was no fridge. It had an old fashioned TV but who watches TV anyway on a Thai island?! Breakfast was included in the price- buffet style with Thai and western dishes. It was nothing special but eatable and enough to put you on until lunch. We liked Ko Lipe and were happy with the room so decided to stay for an extra 2 nights and that’s where we had problems. Again we booked on the hotel website and received a confirmation. We then received an email in broken English which we interpreted as saying the fan bungalows were all full and we would be ‘upgraded’ to an a/c room. We replied that we were already in the room so it would make more sense to upgrade someone else. After getting no response we attempted to clarify the situation with reception. I don’t speak Thai so can’t criticise people for not speaking a foreign language but when dealing with mostly European guests you would expect at least one member of staff to have the basics of English. Unfortunately not. We ended up in a confusion of Google translate messages with a teenage girl who was clearly sick (coughing, sneezing, red eyes and nose) and shouldn’t have been at work. I ended up speaking to ‘a manager’ on the mainland by phone but still couldn’t get any sense from them. Eventually we resorted to replying by email and were eventually told we could stay in the same room. You can go into any tour operator on Walking Street and find staff who speak excellent English. Why the hotel are unable to find staff with foreign language skills is beyond me. My guess is they are employing cheap intern labour from mainland tourism schools which is fine for basic check in and out but they should have at least one person who can communicate with guests if there’s a problem. The majority of rooms seemed empty when we stayed, the exception being the fan rooms which were very good value and always seemed booked out. Maybe the hotel could look at a way of turning off the a/c in some of the bungalows and selling them at a fan room rate? In summary, we were happy with the location of the hotel, the facilities and the room. The stay was spoilt somewhat by a disorgan

Location is fantastic, right on Pattaya Beach & just a couple of minutes from the ferry & Walking Street. Breakfast buffet is delicious, the best I've seen at a budget hotel, lots of selection & all delicious! I've had worse at 5 star hotels. Staff are friendly & room cleaned every day. It was also exceptional value compared to anything nearby. The room/chalet was quite small but that was manageable, my big negative was the bed! Honestly the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. Hard like cement with a layer of Styrofoam on top. So if you like a hard mattress, Bundhaya will be perfect for you! That said, it didn't spoil the trip & we enjoyed our stay in beautiful Koh Lipe

매우 깨끗합니다. 직원들은 너무 사랑스럽고 이곳을 시계처럼 운영하기 위해 열심히 일합니다. 매우 기본적이지만 사랑스러운 작은 장소, 쾌활하고 사랑스러운 분위기 및 모든 소음에서 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 돈을 위해 큰 가치입니다. 유일한 단점은 수영장이 없다는 것입니다. 여전히 환상적인 작은 장소, 편안한 침대, 아늑한 객실 및 흠이 없습니다.

절대적으로 놀라운 위치. 우리는 해변 방갈로에 머물 렀으며 넓고 깨끗하며 편안한 침대로 필요한 것보다 더 많은 것을 방에 가지고있었습니다. 실내 샤워 시설과 야외 샤워 시설이 있으며, 현관을 통해 방으로 갈 수있는 분리 된 문과 다른 하나는 욕실로 직접 연결됩니다 (젖은 모래로 덮인 수영에서 들어온 경우). 그래서 우리는 우리 방을 더럽히지 않았습니다. 체크인, 정중하고 친절한 프런트 데스크 직원을 체크인 할 때 차가운 수건과 신선한 환영 음료. 우리가 방에 들어갔을 때, 그것은 우리가 긴장을 풀게하는 향기로 시원했습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했고 태국 음식의 많은 선택이 매일 바뀌 었습니다. 직원들은 우리를 편안하고 집에서 느끼게하기 위해 나갑니다. 호텔 앞의 해변은 아름답고 조용했습니다. 우리는 수영하고 스노클링을 할 수 있습니다. 도보 거리는 근처에 있었고, 우리는 매일 거기에 걸었습니다. 때로는 얼음 차와 태국 바나나 로티를 먹기 위해갔습니다. 보트 여행을 떠나, 그것은 가치가있다! 이 호텔을 확실히 추천합니다! 직원이 최고입니다!

호텔에는 12 개 이상의 객실이 있으며, 일몰 해변에는 전용 해변이 있으며 카약과 스노클링 도구를 무료로 사용할 수 있지만 실제로 해변은 매우 작고 수질은 깨끗하지 않습니다. 보트를 타고 스노클링을해야합니다. 가장 큰 문제는 호텔의 교통입니다. 호텔의 위치는 보행자 거리에서 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 매일 오후 5시에 보행자 거리로 손님을 보내는 무료 투투 차가 있습니다. 놓치면 호텔에 택시를 도와달라고 요청해야합니다. 비용은 50 바트입니다. . 외식과 동일하며, 두 개의 크고 작은 하나의 왕복 교통 수단은 한 번에 40 위안입니다. 그리고 도로의 일부는 매우 나빴습니다. 호텔 직원에게 물었습니다. 도로의 일부는 다른 호텔에 속한다고 말했지만 호텔은 도로를 건설하기 위해 돈을 쓰고 싶지 않았습니다. 여행과 식사가 편리하지 않은 것 외에도 객실과 서비스는 매우 좋습니다. 객실은 수영장 빌라이며 전용 수영장이 있으며 (아이들이 좋아합니다) 대형 욕조가 있으며 일몰을 보는 것은 정말 아름답고 조용하며 커플이 휴식을 취하기에 적합합니다. 이 호텔에는 야생 원숭이가 많이 있다는 것을 알아야 할 한 가지는 아침에 음식을 찾기 위해 지붕을 뛰어 다니며 호텔 웨이터가 장난감 권총 🔫을 가지고 그들을 겁주는 것을 보았습니다. 아침 식사는 주문이며, 그 부분은 매우 관대하며 기본적으로 끝낼 수 없습니다. 전반적으로 나쁘지 않고 활기찬 것을 좋아하지 않는 친구에게 적합합니다.

The lack of sufficient lighting outside at night posed a safety hazard, as my wife unfortunately tripped and hurt her ankle. However, it is worth noting that the resort staff responded swiftly and provided immediate assistance, ensuring she received the necessary care. While this incident was unfortunate, it did not overshadow the overall fantastic experience we had at Irene Resort. In conclusion, our vacation at Irene Resort in Koh Lipe was an extraordinary experience. The impeccable service, delectable cuisine, and the island's natural beauty left us with lasting memories. Absolutely stunning place inside out. The rooms are beautiful, the view is scenic, the very private pool.. Very clean, absolutely no bugs, very good at repelling mosquitos. The resort is very well run and well managed. You can see they treat it like a little gem and put heart into everything. Beautiful location and the most beautiful view. Breakfast massive and delivered to your room. We were full the whole day. Personal coffee machine in each room. Sunrise to die for. Good wines. Room service free of charge. Kayaking and snorkelling equipment at your disposal free of charge. Free pick up from the pier. Great customer service. Staff is very welcoming, friendly yet professional. Perfect English. Very helpful and attentive. Also very attractive ! The girl who delivers pastries buffet every morning is so sweet 🥹 Overall a true paradise. They can organise a romantic private scenery in some parts of the restaurant downstairs. Beautiful. I wholeheartedly recommend.
