It is best to keep children from playing/being in the loft or deck when unaccompanied by an adult as they may climb and fall over the rails.There are NO child locks on doors, cabinets or toilets. The driveway is on a gentle decline to the house. The house is located at 4,500' elevation and is susceptible to heavy snow in winters and possibly wild fires/smoke during fire season. It is recommended to get travel insurance in the case of cancellation due to natural weather events. No pets allowed. If a pet is brought than a $1,000 fee will be charged. By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their use of the bunk bed and hot tub. Guests agree to use these amenities at their own risk and release the host from any liability for injuries, accidents, or other incidents that may occur. The host shall not be held responsible for any harm resulting from the use or misuse of these facilities. Children are not allowed in the hot tub without adult supervision.
