Miss sold this holiday - Booked as advertised as an adult only hotel, tranquil and quiet. On arrival we noticed the name of the hotel had changed and the first thing we noticed was a kiddies club room??? The Irish bar, some restaurants had closed down. We were looking for a peaceful holiday but had DJ techno music from early morning and the night club way into the early hours of the morning. No chance of reading a book quietly on pool side. The music and screaming kids were present so no chance. The food is edible if you want Luke warm food and is geared up for the Russians. We only met two other English couples. Our room was ok but on a windy evening the balcony doors did not fit properly as worn and the fittings were broke so a gale of wind would come through, noisy throughout the night. Staff were friendly so no faults here. If we were notified of the hotel take over we would not have booked it. Not much outside the hotel a few shops all selling the same. We have complained to Easyjet for miss selling this holiday which we had a response but as seeing today they are still advertising as an adult hotel. ITS NOT.

this place is very good. beach is close, and sand rock mixed. animation is very friendly and kind. activity is very fun although end of season. I like so much specially boccia activity. parties very hard and super enerjic. Animators is so productive and always smile. Thak you for everything.

I had an incredible stay at the hotel, and one of the highlights was definitely the food! The variety was impressive, offering something for every taste. The buffet had a wide selection of dishes, including international cuisines like Italian, Asian, and Mediterranean, along with local Turkish specialties. Every meal felt like a new experience, with different options every day. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with fresh fruits, pastries, eggs made to order, and a variety of cheeses and cold cuts. The desserts were also a treat, with a mix of traditional Turkish sweets and international favorites. On top of that, the à la carte restaurants provided a more intimate dining experience, perfect for a special night out. The drinks at the bar were also top-notch, with delicious cocktails and a good selection of wines. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure we felt welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best parts of the hotel was the parties! They were so much fun, with lively music, great decorations, and a fantastic atmosphere. Every night had a different theme. However, I did notice two small things: the Wi-Fi was sometimes slow, which made it a bit difficult to stay connected, and the gym could use more equipment. But overall, the stay was fantastic, and I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great time and a lively atmosphere.

A very nice hotel super helpful staff very friendly nothing is too much trouble. Hotel is a little dated but facilities are good. Food and entertainment are excellent. Would definitely come back here again. Location is a bit far out from all the main shops in side but there are other shops nearby. The hotel shop is ridiculously expensive but all in all a good stay.

We were 2 couples in our 70’s looking for good weather and relaxation. We found the sun but very little relaxation due to the incredibly loud techno music played every single night until 2am. We dreaded going to bed as the bass reverberated inside our rooms preventing us getting a restful night . Consequently we were sleep deprived for 7 nights. We were not warned that this hotel does not cater to English speaking people with very few staff able to understand us even though the majority of them were very pleasant. The food also was not all inclusive and as I am lactose intolerant I had a very limited choice as I could not make myself understood. The property needs some serious updating and cannot possible be rated 5 star as it claims. If you want a sun bed on the beach they have to be booked with guest relations and cost 10 euros per day. The beach cafe is a pleasant place to sit and eat lunch but again the food was of poor quality. The terrace for pre dinner drinks was the most pleasant place to sit in the hotel . The a la Carter restaurant was a joke and the food was inedible.. We will not return to a Selectum. Over all not a good experience as we did not believe this hotel catered to English people. The hotel is miles from Side (which is gorgeous) the only thing within walking distance is a bazaar which made us feel very isolated as the hotel surroundings are not attractive. I think it is falsely advertised as it calls itself Selectum for two Side when in fact it is 20 minutes away.

We were disappointed that the hotel was so far from Side. That aside, the hotel was nice but definitely very dated and not a 5 star in my view. The food was adequate but very mushy at times. The salads at the beach bar came with nothing like the menu described. The Tuna salad was lettuce and Tuna - the menu states tomatoes & other items etc.... The staff were great - Kamilla at customer relations was fabulous as was Euniss the waiter. Could not do enough for us. Loved the closeness of the beach but a little too shingly for us . We didn't go in the pool but it looked clean. The restaurant looks tired and dingy due to the wood furniture which is not on the photos here . This shows white furniture. The entertainment was good at times. We will not be coming back.
