During our stay at this purportedly five-star establishment, spanning from December 28th to January 2nd, my companions and I were regrettably confronted with a multitude of issues. Despite our timely arrival, the accommodation of our group, which included friends with an infant, was inexplicably delayed. This lack of foresight and consideration failed to meet the standards one would reasonably expect from a hospitality venue of this caliber. Upon eventually gaining access to our designated rooms, dismay swiftly replaced our anticipation. The condition of one of the rooms was deplorable, besmirched with egregious neglect. The bathtub, a foundational element of sanitation and comfort, was distressingly adorned with an abundance of hair, accompanied by traces of remnants from prior occupants. Despite promptly notifying the management of this egregious oversight, subsequent remedial actions were notably insufficient. Repeated assurances of room cleaning failed to yield any tangible improvement, leaving us in a state of dismay. Furthermore, the hotel's response to our dining needs, especially following an exhilarating day of skiing, was profoundly disappointing. An establishment purportedly catering to a ski resort clientele should inherently anticipate and accommodate the gastronomic requirements of its guests. The abrupt revelation that food service was solely available via room service at 4 pm, without prior notice or appropriate alternatives, was an unexpected inconvenience that necessitated escalated complaint. Notably distressing was the mysterious disappearance of personal belongings on New Year's Eve, specifically my jacket from Zuma, an occurrence that drew attention to the questionable security measures in place. It was only after firm insistence on reviewing surveillance footage that the hotel fortuitously "recovered" the misplaced item, raising concerns about the initial handling of the situation. The denouement of our stay culminated in an avoidable mishap. Despite forewarning the hotel regarding the dimensions of our friends' vehicle and its inability to fit within the confined underground parking, the staff negligently caused damage to the car's roof, thereby compounding our dissatisfaction with their lack of attention to detail. In sum, the experience fell egregiously short of the anticipated standard, leaving us profoundly disheartened. The absence of a formal apology for the litany of inconveniences was exacerbated by a paltry recompense comprising a mere bottle of champagne and a token free spa massage. The lack of accountability and requisite professionalism within an establishment purporting to uphold a five-star reputation was glaringly apparent, casting a shadow over the entire duration of our stay.

I stayed there from the 28th of December to 2nd of January and me and my friends encountered a lot of problems during our stay. First off, we arrived at the hotel in good time however the room was given late even though our friends had a baby with them and it was not handled professionally and when we eventually were given the room one of the rooms were very dirty, the bathtub was full of hair, there were food traces all over the room and then after we reported this to the management, they said they would handle it by sending room cleaning over to clean the room. After this, we went back to the rooms and the bathtub was still full of hair even though we asked for the 2nd time to be cleaned and we asked again and it was still full of hair. Shamefully we complained once again and the manager came and cleaned it, which should not be happening in a 5 star hotel. Prior to that, the next day we came back from skiing and we wanted to have food at 4pm after skiing as normally a ski resort should have food 24/7. Later we were informed that the only option was to have rooms service and that we had to complain and talk to the director. Also, I would like to raise the fact that on New Year’s Eve, my jacket disappeared from Zuma and I raised this with the managers and then somehow the next day after I said that I wanted the cameras to be checked, the hotel had somehow suddenly found. Finally, the last day of checkout our friends had brought their car and we specifically told the hotel prior to our stay that it could not fit underground as it was too tall combined with the ski attachement to fit in their underground parking slot, they somehow damaged the roof of the car. Overall, we would say that this was disappointing of a hotel with such a high rating and we were very upset with the quality of service and the professionalism in the hotel and the even more saddening part was that we didn’t even receive an apology and all we got as a compensation was a bottle of champagne and free massage at the spa.

We visited with our family depending solely based on online research and our family was welcomed with the friendliest most helpful staff, we felt like we were at our home away from home . The 5 nights in weisses roessl were magical the team took care of every tiny detail with smiles, Lionel Daniel, Michael & Peter and also the lovely friendly ladies every morning at breakfast made sure everything was taken care of seamlessly. The ski school you recommended was also fantastic and met all our kids needs. Thankyou for a lovely stay and see you again next year The Hashimi’s

Excellent hotel just outside the walls of the old town. The staff is outstanding and welcoming (except the somewhat rude woman taking Zuma restaurant reservations). The lobby bar is a great place for breakfast and for meals through 4 pm (when they start cleaning up for Zuma dining). The rooms are very well-appointed and comfortable, except the mattress was a bit hard for us. The spa facilities are amazing, especially the large number of sauna options, with a very Roman a**osphere. The pool is very nice as well. The Hahnenkamm lift is fairly convenient.

I heard it’s one of the best restaurants in Innsbruck. I would said that it’s really good but won’t rate as best for several reasons, - Food came too salty, like I mean too salty!! The salad that I ordered n the seafood platter from their specialty - I was treated unfairly compared to the table next to me, as I ordered a mixed salad plate n I only received a plate of lettuce which I thought was the way they served it, till the table next to me ordered it n they had an actual mix of salad of lettuce, tomatoes n cucumbers! Maybe because I didn’t speak German or I didn’t look local but I felt discriminated. But I must say I was treated pleasantly by the people n they got me a table although I had no reservation!

It takes a lot of effort to get the property and the staff to be in top shape in these challenging times; and we were weary arriving a week after the hotel was open. All of the concerns disappeared from the moment we stepped into a busy, festive and quite a cool lobby. The staff attentiveness and positive attitude sets Weisses Rossl apart; the whole experience of being in the hotel is magical, it is as if Dr. Harisch wrote a Children's Chris**as Story where hotel is the stage and everyone is a participant. The property is largely new and modern, the vibe in Zuma is metropolitan and cozy, and the breakfast has all the choices one needs. The newer suites are beautifully modern, while the older ones are traditional and spacious. We definitely will be back to this Gem!

What to say. This is a fantastic place to stay. Exceptional service who will go above and beyond to help, big rooms, fantastic location. Exceptional. However, I need to stand on the service a bit more. It’s EXCEPTIONAL! I injured my knee on a skiing accident and the manager of the hotel himself went to buy me a brace and crutches. I love this hotel and the people who give their best for their guests

Spent 7 nights at this location. One of our longest stays in any one particular location. Could have been a long 7 days had things not been organised, but this was the complete opposite. We have the perfect 2 br apar**ent in the residences Wing, with spacious living quarters. The room had lots of storage which was perfect for the amount of ski gear we had as a family. Water pressure was high and showers were actually enjoyable! Daniel and his front office team were on point 99% of the time. Ready to answer queries and also acted as concierge for us the whole trip. Housekeeping team were fantastic. Efficient, thorough, conscientious. Spa- Julinda had magic hands for massage. She kneaded our tired bodies after several days of skiing. There were so many pros to this hotel, but also several cons. A) food selection during breakfast was very basic and repetitive over 7 mornings B) bell desk could have had a few more staff and one more shuttle van for transport to ski lift. Walk was bearable, but at times not welcomed and preferred, especially in the snow.

What a fabulously renovated Grand Hotel. So much finesse and love went into the rooms. Clever design, great amenities and wonderful layout. Another highlight is Zuma Restaurant, which lets you warp into Metropolitan London or Dubai. The Resident Manageress is an absolut highlight!
