Illuminated first snow ski trail starts from the yard. The nearest restaurant is on the ground floor of the house. On the entrance floor, you'll find an open kitchen that is well-equipped for preparing your own meals. The living area has a spreadable sofa bed. This floor also features one bedroom with a double bed. Sauna compartments are also located on this floor, allowing you to relax and warm up after a day of activities. The washroom and WC are conveniently on the same floor. The upper floor contains another bedroom with a double bed. In addition, there is a lounge area with a sofa bed that can serve as an extra bed if needed. The upper floor also has a WC. In the basement, there is a third bedroom with two beds. There is also a workroom here, making it ideal for someone working remotely. Additionally, there is a WC in the basement, which makes a total of three WCs in this apartment, facilitating accommodation for larger groups. The maintainer can open the communicating door if the tenants wish so. The cooking hut is shared between two holiday homes. The hut is spacious and can be used all year round.
