'가성비 좋은 호텔입니다. 샤트자르에 있는 호텔 객실은 정말 넓어서 마음에 듭니다. 아쉽게도 사우나는 작동하지 않아서 이용할 수 없습니다. 조식은 다양하고 괜찮지만, 사람이 많을 수 있습니다. 이탈리안 레스토랑에서는 이자 콤보를 홍보하는 데 도움이 되었습니다. 팁: 호텔 맞은편에는 샤트자르에서 가장 큰 쇼핑센터인 사하라 센터가 있는데, 필요한 모든 것이 다 있습니다.'

'호텔 위치는 찾기 쉽습니다. 방 맞은편에 석호 전망이 있고, 아름다운 모스크가 있으며, 2~4층에 주차장이 있어 마음대로 드나들 수 있습니다. 호텔의 아침 식사는 풍부하고 서비스 직원은 고품질이며 방은 작지 않으며 가격 대비 훌륭한 가치입니다. 샤 르자 중심부에서 2 ~ 3km 떨어져 있지만 시내 산책도 나쁘지 않습니다. 중간에 로코모티프 시장을 지나갑니다.'

'Disappointed with management response despite otherwise pleasant stay I have been a regular guest at this hotel and usually enjoy my stays here, but this time I was truly disappointed by the way my situation was handled. Due to unusual circumstances, I couldn’t check in on the first night of my reservation. I had already contacted both the hotel and the booking website before the check-in date, requesting either a free cancellation, a refund for the first night, or an extension for one more night. Unfortunately, both the hotel and the website refused all options. As a result, I lost one night and three meals, since my booking was on a half-board basis. I was expecting more flexibility and understanding, especially as a returning guest. Other than that, my experience at the hotel was generally positive.    •   The staff were courteous and professional, especially in the restaurant — Mr. Shah Qinar stood out for his exceptional communication skills and helpful attitude.    •   Housekeeping on the 6th floor was excellent — everything was tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay.    •   Breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices and the food quality was quite good. However, the coffee quality and milk used in the machine were below the standard expected from a normal outside café.    •   The room lighting was on the dim side with no option to brighten it, which made the room feel darker than comfortable.    •   On the positive side, the bedding, blankets, and pillows were very comfortable, and having free parking beside the hotel was a great convenience in a congested area like Al Majaz. Overall, while I appreciated the good service from the staff and comfort of the stay, the lack of flexibility and empathy from management regarding my situation has left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this hotel.'
