Awesome customer service Comfy room

So far great stay, the prices just change constantly

Hôtel très agréable, petit déjeuner très garni.

Knowledgeable staff, friendly staff, very clean.Excellent breakfast with lot’s of choices. Only downfall is there is No shuttle service to the airport. We enjoyed our stay there would stay again!

On the plus side: It was New Years and the room beside us was very loud. The staff was very professional and got them to (somewhat) quiet down. I hope they didn’t make too much of a mess for the staff to clean up. On the negative side: the vending machines were out of service

The room wasn’t cleaned very well. The bathroom tap was dirty as well as the bedside table. There was also screaming in middle of the night, which woke me up. The toilet was running every so often in the middle of the night also. Had a terrible sleep.

The bed was comfortable and the room had all the amenities including a coffee maker, microwave, etc. The coffee maker had open packages of cream and sugar, meaning that the plastic wrapper had been opened, which was a little yucky. It would be really nice to see the use of real mugs and cups instead of all the disposable ones

The water was off at the hotel the first morning I was there. The TV reminded me of Michael Scott's plasma screen in The Office. The breakfast selection didn't look particularly edible.

Guest services are completely trash. No one has the slightest idea as to what is going on.

Nice stay. Very quiet. Close to movie theatre, many food choices, big box stores. Beds and pillows are very comfy.

Nice clean rooms. Excellent service. Convenience and food stores within walking distance. Great selection for breakfast

Was not advised a mandatory credit card was needed at check in. Was almost denied room.

Only stayed one night but everything was clean, staff were pleasant, and overall was a good experience.
