호텔은 위치가 매우 좋으며 공원(특히 Dianey)과 아울렛에 쉽게 접근할 수 있으며 우수한 품질을 자랑합니다. 13박 숙박 중 우리는 룸서비스를 두 번만 받았습니다. 마지막 룸서비스가 끝났기 때문에 리셉션에 깨끗한 수건을 달라고 두 번이나 요청해야 했는데 교체조차 하지 않았습니다. 여전히 룸서비스에 관해서는 빠른 청소와 침대 정돈, 더 깊은 청소는 물론 새로운 손님을 맞이하는 것까지 제한되었습니다. 어느 날 TV가 작동하지 않았고, 방에 전화기도 없고, 묵는 곳에 따라 리셉션까지 걸어가는 길이 좀 깁니다. 처음 5일 동안 인터넷도 끔찍했습니다. 많이 개선되어야 합니다.

퀸사이즈 침대 2개를 예약했는데 그 중 방이 없었으나 전반적으로 고객 서비스가 친절했습니다. 레스토랑은 어디에나 위치가 좋습니다. 아, 1베드룸은 매우 작지만 타 지역에서 여행하는 경우 옷을 넣을 서랍이 없습니다.

Great location.. not much to do there but for the price I couldn’t pick a better place.. very clean..

I booked my stay near the end of March for the second week of July. Nothing posted on the website stated that it was a non-refundable room. I sent the hotel an email June 10 requesting that they cancel my reservation. Nobody ever responded to that email. I called their front desk to cancel the reservation. I was told that it would be cancelled. However, nobody ever sent me written confirmation of the cancellation. Despite the fact that nobody from their hotel ever contacted me about my booking status, I was told it was cancelled and I never showed up to check in, my credit card was charged $445.27--the full cost of my stay. The first time I called about it, I was told that it was charged because it is a non-refundable room. I asked to speak with a manager. On three separate phone calls asking for the manager, he was never there. On one of those calls, I was told that the manager is never physically at the hotel. On one call, I was told that my reservation was successfully cancelled. On another call, I was told that my booked room was refundable. However, they said that I was required to contact the third party website, SynXis, to be refunded. How can a third party website charge a credit card and/or issue refunds to that card in the name of the primary vendor? Even if SynXis can issue this refund, it should be the primary vendor's job to reach out to the third party to do this, not the customer. I was offered a phone number to contact the manager which was a busy signal when I called. This hotel put me through a constant runaround with nobody in the company taking any accountability for charging me the full cost for a stay I did not make. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing at this hotel. It is inefficient, poorly managed and with horrible customer service. The entire operation is an incompetent money grab/grub. I will never again offer this hotel my business and encourage everybody else to do the same. The low cost of the stay is not worth the headaches involved. Please do not book with this hotel--ever. You will regret it.

Has microwave and fridge, good a/c, safe and desk. But is also dirty, sterile, no dresser, unsafe, unfriendly, $100 deposit, no amenities, no phone, no closet, no full door on shower, no pool, no breakfast, no thank you, never again.

Stayed one night. Location was good for getting to Disney theme parks, restaurants and shopping. When checking in, there were two questionable women outside talking loudly. Also a police officer came in and asked the employee if she was okay, and if she needed anything to call him. Then he drove his unmarked vehicle to the back corner of the property and stayed there. The employee was not the friendliest. When entering the room, the two women were still outside yelling and cursing. The room itself was very bland with minimal furniture and decor. They were random hairs, dead mosquitoes and boogers on the walls. There was no telephone. The toilet seat barely stayed on and the toilet had to be flushed with water from the ice bucket. There's no closet to hang anything. The floor made our feet dirty. The shower water and temperature were good and the AC was very cold. On the shower there was only half a glass door, so water would get on the floor. In the middle of the night, the smoke detector went off. And around 2:00 in the morning, the guests next door suddenly we're screaming and hollering, and then went outside their room to do the same. The bed was springy and the pillows were flat. There was a safe. Fortunately we survived the night as did our vehicle. Also, we did receive our $100 deposit back. Overall, the place had an eerie vibe to it and was directly next to an abandoned motel and a steakhouse restaurant. Will not return and do not recommend.

They do not comprehend how to pull up previously paid bookings through 3rd party companies, so it took me 2 hours to check in at 7 pm, 4 hours after my original check in time. I was then instructed to pay a 100$ deposit that was never mentioned. This wouldn't have been a problem if they didnt take a second set of room payments from my deposit at the end of my trip. Thats right they stole an additional 2-night stay. Then after a week of contacting them consistently looking for help from management i was only partially refunded... they seriously just steal money from people and don't think twice. and this is on top of the fact that its listed as a business hotel option with no desk, no chair, no way to work. There is no cable, not even basic, just a blank blue screen with nothing to show. And the major kicker is, if you raise the AC to anything above 67 degrees, you will swim in your room. the place is so poorly insulated that it creates a pooling effect of water on the fake floors. I was literally in puddles with clothes and personal items ruined.... and they still stole from me after this. Just a mess... RUN AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

On Sept 10, 2022 we took a cruise from Port Canaveral and because we drove from North Carolina we arrived a day early to safeguard missing the cruise. Since hotel prices near the port are very expensive, we opted to stay an hour away at Oneway Fundamental. We had stayed there the previous November and were very impressed so it was well worth the drive. Even though Oneway Fundamental is an older motel, All of the rooms were renovated with a less is more design meaning that there is no carpet or furniture in the room which is much more sanitary with a Flat screen tv on the wall. The bed was super comfortable and the price was unbelievably inexpensive. Josephine was in the office when we arrived, was super helpful with our check in and a request that I had. As I already said, even though Oneway Fundamental is an older motel, it is a needle in a haystack and highly recommended.

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to our room. White walls, white bed coverings, white furniture, linoleum floors. I can’t say enough about this place. The girl that checked us in was super sweet and helpful. I will stay again.
