The approximately 75sqm large holiday home belongs to the leisure facility of the Seepark Kirchheim.
The very well maintained holiday home offers with 3 bedrooms enough sleeping accommodations for families.
On the ground floor is the entrance with porch and wardrobe, and the spacious living room with fireplace. From there you get to a beautiful gallery with kitchen, bathroom and a guest toilet and a bedroom with double bed.
Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 separate beds and both rooms with TV and washing facilities.
In addition, on the upper floor, a large balcony invites you to relax and below the ground floor a small terrace.
Location:
The holiday park Kirchheim lies between the Hessian mountain country and the Hochsauerland ski area and is an excellent destination both in the summer and in the winter time. Next to the park there is a lake where you can swim in summer at the bay (sand). The lake has a good water quality so that swimmers get their money. Furthermore, you can go boating and water skiing, fishing (with license) In winter, you can go ice skating and tobogganing. It is a wonderful holiday in Germany for young and old. The Seepark Kirchheim Ferienpark has an indoor swimming pool with sauna. For their children, there are also playgrounds to let off steam, as well as nature.
With the mountains of the Sauerland just around the corner, you will surely spend a nice holiday in nature. Here you will find numerous hiking trails that start directly from the complex, from easy hikes to intensive day trips.
Mountain bike fans will enjoy their stay here.

sehr schöne Gegend
Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Kommunikation war auch gut und unkompliziert. Das Haus hat für uns seinen Zweck erfüllt. Das Zimmer mit den 2 Einzelbetten ist schon etwas klein geraten. Ein Bett steht in voller Länge unter der Dachschrägen wo man sich sehr gut den Kopf stößt. Aber in dem Zimmer gibt es auch ein Waschbecken. Die Klimaanlage (Wohnzimmer) kühlt die EG-Räume schnell runter. Die 2 angegebenen Bäder entpuppen sich als Bad mit Dusche und Wc, und ein separates WC. Duschen unter der Dachschrägen ist möglich für Leute bis 170 cm Größe. Danach etwas umständlich, weil die Duschtasse diagonal in der Ecke unter der Dachschräge platziert ist. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig und klein. Der Kühlschrank hat ein funktionierendes Frostfach. Die Essecke und das Wohnzimmer sind großzügig. es sind 2 Sonnenschirme und eine Liege vorhanden. Der Grill wurde täglich genutzt. Sitzmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus in Südrichtung. Wir waren zufrieden und kommen auch wieder.

Ferienhaus am Seepark mit wunderschöner Aussicht
Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam. Wir hatten alles was wir benötigt haben. Meine Freundin und ich haben ein Festival im Tempel besucht, welches in ein paar Minuten Fußweg sehr gut zu erreichen war. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Ein schöner Spaziergang direkt einmal um den Seepark herum hat auch zur Erholung beigetragen.

super zuvorkommen und Hilfsbereit
Der Besitzer ...ok , gibt sich Mühe bei Sonderwünsche, ebenso der Hausmeister..
Super Haus und tolle Umgebung. Nur wer Trubel und Aktion möchte ist da fehl am Platz

Leider nicht wirklich sauber
Die Unterkunft war leider sehr dreckig. Hinter dem Sofa waren Spinnenweben, Fernseher und DVD Player im Hauptraum komplett eingestaubt, die Dusche war dreckig. Man wollte einfach nicht überall so genau hinschauen. In einem offenen Fach unter dem Kamin lag noch Spielzeug von vorherigen Mietern. Die Steckdose für die Heizung wollte man nicht anfassen, da diese recht alt aussah und die Klimaanlage haben wir nicht zum laufen gebracht. Ebenso musste das komplette Besteck, einige Teller und auch ein paar Gläser zuerst gewaschen werden. Davor musste aber die Spülmaschine gereinigt werden, damit das Geschirr sauber wird. Die Küchenausstattung war nicht wirklich für 5 Personen. Wir hatten 5 Gabeln, 5 Kuchenschaufeln und der größte Topf war ca. 20 cm breit und 15 cm hoch. Im Haus selber hat vielen geknarrt und gequietscht. Mit einer kleineren Tochter, welche früher als die Erwachsenen schlafen geht echt schwierig. Die Treppen knarren und die Tür zu ihrem Zimmer quietscht.
Positiv ist die Lage zum See und sogar der Blick auf den See. Ebenso findet man immer einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Auch die Ess- /Spielecke im unteren Bereich ist positiv hervorzuheben.

Keine großen Erwartungen
Sehr zweckmäßig aber leider ohne großen Wohlfühleffekt. Die Einrichtung und alles rundherum ist zweckmäßig. Im und um das Feriendorf gibt es leider nicht viel. Für Wanderungen und gemütliches Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist es ausreichend.
