A truly memorable stay - Newton, Herbert, Fiona and all the staff at Trackers went all the way out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable, and Sheila over in Kampala made all the bookings super smooth! Beautiful, spacious rooms, immaculate bathrooms, lovely hot shower, delicious food, tea on tap, snacks, fresh air, stunning views of the forest, and the cherry on top of the cake: honestly the most invigorating Sauna I have ever been in!! For us locals, Gorilla trekking is not something that we think we need to do but taking these days out and going was one of the best decisions I made in 2024!! The whole venture will cost you quite a bit but honestly: worth every cent!

Newton and the team at Trackers were absolutely wonderful—attentive, fun, and a real pleasure to be around. They helped us out of a tough spot, and we’re so grateful for their support and kindness. The rooms were great, with amazing views in every direction. Sitting outside with a coffee, soaking it all in, was the most relaxed we’ve felt in ages. Newton and his team truly turned our trip into something unforgettable. Can’t thank them enough!

Blown away by this hotel. Beautiful lodges. Beautifully decorated and spacious. Staff absolutely amazing. Nothing too much - even cleaning our boots after gorilla trek. Laundry included in package. Food amazing. Restaurant staff could not do enough for guests

I was very pleasantly surprised here. The lodges were very spacious, clean and comfortable . There was a lovely view from the balcony. The hotel is just a short drive from Bwindi National Park. The hotel supplied us with gaiters, raincoats and walking poles. The food and packed lunches were good. The staff here are absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble, they cleaned our boots when we returned and looked after our washing.Would highly recommend Trackers.

The most wonderful stay! We felt right at home at Trackers - albeit a luxurious home with fantastic showers, included laundry service and truly delicious food. The staff is wonderful - with Fred, Labour and Herbert always available to organise new adventures and activities for you. If you are lucky enough to come here to Bwindi to experience gorilla tracking which is a magical experience, then look no further for your stay. As far as gorilla tracking in the impenetrable forest, the park is well managed and one feels very safe with the rangers. My partner and I, with some of our friends opted for the “hard trek” which I recommend or in any case I would at least go for a medium trek depending on your fitness level. It’s so worth the effort to get a sense of the beauty that surrounds you. The lunches provided by the hotel chef are also 10/10, like everything they do :)) Thank you to Fred and the team for this superb stay! I miss being at this facility, it has be a while since I visited, very comfortable, cool and warm in the wildness with sights & sounds of bwindi impenetrable forest. home of mountain gorillas. Beautiful drive from Ent International Airport
