Clean hotel and friendly staff - having the bar next door is a great bonus. Highly recommend

Restaurant was freezing cold and everyone sat in coats to eat meals both evening and breakfast. Food took so long to come out which is totally unacceptable. Room was like a sauna and unable to control air conditioning which was set in heat mode via the centralised controller preventing mode being changed to cooling which again is totally unacceptable. All in all this is by the far the worst Premier Inn I have ever stopped in.

Noisy if stay near entrance room. During night time, when people pass through our room, our door will produce "bang bang" sound. So awake us. We cant sleep well as noisy.And during check out I couldn't see the staff, so I didn't tell staff about that.

The staff were very friendly. The accommodation was extremely tired - the room desk laminate was peeled back, and the carpet was stained and unsightly. The road noise was terrible until midnight. Overall, it was probably the worst Premier Inn I'd stayed in.

The hotel was dated inside we had two double rooms looks like one had been modernised the other hadn’t . The attached pub which I believe premier inn owns was shocking. The breakfast which is 10.99 each was the worst breakfast I have ever had anyway. All products on both plates freezing cold gave them back to the waitress which she apologised. Basically pinged in microwave came back still cold…….. never saw the waitress again! Bitterly disappointed £10.99 a little expensive for a cup of tea and slice of toast .

Storage lockers in hotel car park, next to rooms are accessed at 2-3:30 every morning. Having been woken with horrendous banging and scraping and alerting the duty manager he saw no problem as this happens every night and the guy is “just doing his job”. No offer of a different room, not “happy to help with guaranteed night sleep”. No refund, no breakfast and a 3 hour drive home at 3am.
