The hotel was well situated for getting around and the views over hull were amazing BUT the star of the show must be Tiffany the young lady on reception bar restaurant everywhere but such a lovely attitude to things and a gorgeous smile if premier inn had one of her in every location they would so better off let’s hope they take care of her.

Good: views and the staff friendliness. Bad: lift out of order, very small TV size, poor bathroom cleanliness, car park extra costs, slow wifi extra costs, useless air conditioning, chairs dirty and ripped, expensive for what you get. This could be such a good place to stay but it’s let down by a mediocre decor and facilities. For over £100 a night, it’s incredibly poor value for money.

What an amazing team both in the hotel and the beefeater. Nothing is too much trouble, problem with the tv - sorted within 10mins, Food always hot, staff very friendly and go the extra mile to make sure your visit and meal is 100% spot on

Staff member grant was amazing he made the stay more fun and he will be the reason we return. He had us all laughing so much and made ita special evening for my friends last part of their honeymoon

Beds very comfortable, Pillows could have been alot softer. Clean friendly hotel great parking onsite. Rooms very clean , use premier inn alot. They need to do like a loyalty card for people who use Premier inn alot, a little discount would be also nice. So close to the town centre all the shops so no taxis needed. xx

Disappointing stay. I booked and paid for a premium plus room but was given a standard double. One lift was broken for a twelve floors. The bathroom was tired looking and the tap would not turn off. Facilities in the room were meagre with only two teabags available. The location was great and the bed very comfortable.

Checked in to the room, and went in to the bathroom. The toilet was up and as I approached I noticed the water was golden yellow with urine. Obviously unhappy I went to flush, before noticing a giant turd. I returned to reception to complain, and was given a key to a new room - no real apology, no help to move, no explanation. If the toilet seat had been down I would have assumed it was an oversight, however as the seat was up, either the cleaner didn't clean the bathroom, or they were the culprit. #bigturd

Great Hull hospitality, staff that clearly take pride in their hotel. I had a one night business stop over and really pleased with the staff here, sorted me out with a cold pint, a quiet space for a zoom meeting and when I missed the kitchen closing, arranged for a food delivery. Really appreciated the effort put in here and a lovely view of the North Sea to boot.

This premier inn was fabulous.Room was very nice well kept with air conditioning as well.The food on the other hand was excellent they were only one chef on aswell and he did not disappoint.I got the mix grill meal on the menu which was good and the food menu had a good amount of options aswell.Staff were friendly enough aswell.Would recommend 😁
