Checked in to the room, and went in to the bathroom. The toilet was up and as I approached I noticed the water was golden yellow with urine. Obviously unhappy I went to flush, before noticing a giant turd. I returned to reception to complain, and was given a key to a new room - no real apology, no help to move, no explanation. If the toilet seat had been down I would have assumed it was an oversight, however as the seat was up, either the cleaner didn't clean the bathroom, or they were the culprit. #bigturd

Great Hull hospitality, staff that clearly take pride in their hotel. I had a one night business stop over and really pleased with the staff here, sorted me out with a cold pint, a quiet space for a zoom meeting and when I missed the kitchen closing, arranged for a food delivery. Really appreciated the effort put in here and a lovely view of the North Sea to boot.

This premier inn was fabulous.Room was very nice well kept with air conditioning as well.The food on the other hand was excellent they were only one chef on aswell and he did not disappoint.I got the mix grill meal on the menu which was good and the food menu had a good amount of options aswell.Staff were friendly enough aswell.Would recommend 😁

What can I say, Grant and the team at Hull City Premier Inn were excellent! I had emailed Grant and explained it was my husband's birthday and it had been a long time since we had, had a night away. He emailed straight back and explained he would make it special for us and he delivered massively. In today's world customer service and making people feel special is extremely lacking but definitely not at Premier in Hull City Centre. We are already looking at when we can come back. From the friendly and welcoming arrival, to a fabulous surprise in our gorgeous room and the lovely well presented and tasty breakfast we could not fault a thing. Really easy to find, plenty of parking at £7 for 24 hours, walk over the bridge and you're in the city centre. Perfect location. Thank you all for a lovely stay! Carly & Ant xx

We stayed at this hotel for the weekend and its definitely one of the best premier inns we've stayed at mostly because of a worker called Grant who was more than helpful and amazing with our kids and was especially accommodating with our autistic son, who at times can be challenging, nothing was a challenge or bother for grant!

The staff are definitely what makes the hotel great they are super friendly and very helpful and always go above and beyond! The hotel is clean and welcoming and the food is brilliant. I have stayed in this hotel three times so far with a fourth one booked and everytime it's been brilliant every time.

Visited with my family and found the Hotel and bedrooms were very clean. The location is excellent with easy access to Hulls old town. Grant on reception was excellent! He was cheerful, knowledgeable and very helpful. A great credit to premier Inn. Will definitely be returning

A good hotel with easy access off the A63. Large car park with lift access, parking rate is discounted for guests. Very friendly, helpful staff. Tried the Premier Plus room and wasn't disappointed - the room rates were very competitive. My second stay in the hotel and my husbands third stay. Previously we have eaten in the hotel and enjoyed our meals. There are great views from the restaurant/bar. I definitely recommend using this city centre PI if you are staying in Hull.

Excellent reception and general Staff . Very accommodating and friendly . Rooms are xcellent value for money . Clean modern with all the basic facilities . Bath and large head shower were great . Super Beds . Would definitely return here for another visit . Restaurant menu and quality were more than acceptable for this price point .
