We do remove them on each cleaning but drain flies are common and little fruit flies near windows. Again we remove these and regularly exterminate but they are a reality of life in the area.Any interaction with these insects that are native to the area does not qualify for any refund or compensation.1. Very pet friendly, many guests bring dogs, and a cat formerly lived in the unit. Therefore, this place is not ideal for people with allergies or sensitive to prior pet guests.2. There are two units in the house but there is not a connection between our 2 units other than between two external doors.3. Our space sleeps 2 people in the queen bed but we can accommodate one additional guest with the addition of a twin air mattress. The bedroom includes a Bluetooth enabled sound bar to enjoy your own music, an industrial style desk & office chair on wheels so you can work anywhere you want. Judge James Betts house was built in 1904 on former limestone quarry lands used for cement manufacture for construction of the Brooklyn Bridge. Kingston began as a historic Dutch settlement in the early 1600s, and was New York State's first capital, which the British promptly burned down (1777). Many pre-revolutionary war stone buildings have been restored, including NY's first Senate House.
