This is like a tiny oasis within the city. Lovely grounds, places to sit outside under a tree to possibly read a book. Small playground for children and a lovely well maintained pool. The room we had was small, but had everything we needed and more, we were very pleased. Comfortable bed, whirlpool tub, although the water ran very slow when filling it up with warm water, cold not a problem, but we worked around it. The staff were very friendly and inviting. Will definitely consider this place in our future stays in Kingston.

This motel was quite reasonably priced, and yet felt very well-kept up. It was clean and bright inside the room, and there was a tiny kitchenette with a fridge and microwave and some dishes to use. There were real fresh flowers by the sink! It's a short drive from downtown Kingston, though it might not be the ideal choice for people who don't have a car. When we arrived, the person checking us in was very cheery and welcoming.

Our stay at Green Acres was lovely and easy! Our room was clean, had all the appropriate amenities and felt safe and quiet.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. For the price the room was good value. Be aware that the accommodation, though upgraded, is a motor inn type of motel. We enjoyed our stay.

This place is just awesome! Have you ever seen a white duvet? Had fully stocked kitchenette in the room? Had a feel of "country cottage" after a full day of work? This place had all of that and so much more! This is not a newly renovated hotel, but you could clearly see how much pride owners have in their property. Everything is clean, functional, comfortable and simple. The only thing that would make this place even more perfect if it was situated somewhere in the mountains, but then I would never leave. The garden makes it a very pleasant scenery outside of the room, having a car at the front door means that you have no one who constantly watches your coming and going and you don't feel like an ant in an anthill. You have your retreat after a long day. I had a pleasure of staying in their tulip suite. I have never had a jacuzzi, a TV and a fireplace in a bathroom, and I stayed in some pretty nice hotels. This place is by far the absolutely best feel for country inn style.

The staff was wonderful! Friendly, cheerful, helpful and accommodating. We loved our cozy and comfortable room and the personal touch that staying at a smaller independent inn provided. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Well maintained property that has nicer touches than your typical motel or chain road-side hotel. The room was pretty small, but had everything we needed (and some nice extras like a microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes, bathrobe). The room smelled a bit musty when we first entered, but after airing it out everything was fine. The location is close to a big road, but it was not noisy with the windows closed. Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately there is no breakfast provided since COVID.
