I’m not 1 to complain but this place is getting bad....We’ve stayed here several times while visiting family every year and I will say, the staff is friendly but, it may have been our last time staying here... We checked in and went to the room, opened the door and there was a HORRIBLE urine smell that bellowed out the door, the curtains were missing hooks and didn’t close ( i went to the front desk for a paperclip and safety pin to close it so noone could look in)the tv remote didn’t work, all the bath linens were either stained or never changed. 1 washcloth looked like it had feces on it and the tile floor was sticky( i cleaned with clorox wipes) and the floor was not vacuumed very well (if at all)and candy wrappers on the floor by the nightstands.... The rate we got was not bad but I can get a better rate down the road with the hotel chain I work for.

Stayed 2 days around Thanksgiving, we were very pleased. The rooms have recently been renovated and everything is new. Staff was good, comfort was good and price was outstanding. Plan to book again Christmas week. Highly recommend to all.
