Disappointment with local customs and behavior. No one is lying on 90% of the sunbeds, but they are reserved with a towel. So I lay down on the ground, but the attendant forbade me to do so. During his entire stay in the spa, he had nowhere to lie down. To pay for the sauna, one has to go back to the cash register - you can't just attach a smart watch and pay later.

Six months before the planned stay we ordered family room- 2 joined rooms because we have 2 small boys and as grandparents we wanted to be together. We were asked to pay it in advance and we did it. 14 days before the stay we got the info, that the paid rooms are not available so we got 2 separate rooms with the view over parking place - the worst rooms. Our room 110 is w/o air-conditioning + the heat from outside parking place in 40C on the sun makes the room hot oven, where you cannot stay during the day and night . The bathroom is old and it smells awfully. It looks, that the smell is coming through small air grill from other WC. The reception staff is friendly but couldn’t help. My holidays is spoiled and for sure I will not come again - I hate such mistreatment. And I have suspicion, that this is connected with our nationality- Czech. I met another pair, who had the same issue. The pre booked room wasn’t available anymore and got the room with parking view as well. I didn’t search more how the room looked like.

We stayed in this hotel twice recently (May and June 2022). We were in general very satisfied. Our aim was to use the thermal spa, which is next to the hotel and entrance fee is included in the hotel room price. Thus, perfect, just walk in the bathrobe, anytime during the day. Breakfast in the hotel was also fine, only the choice of cereals was very limited, actually no cereals. We were also very much satisfied with the front-desk staff, young and always friendly and helpful. The main disadvantage were rooms. Old fashioned, need refurnishing. Carpets were with dirty stains, furniture remembers some decades, TV channels limited and with unstable connection. However, we did not come for the hotel stay, but for spa, thus O.K. And we knew where to go for good dinner.

Ich war mit meiner Lieblingsfrau da, wir hatten ein wundervolles Wochenende da. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel, sauber, Badezimmer sind renoviert. Das private Spa im Untergeschoss ist einfach ein Traum, ich meine es ernst, Sie müssen es ausprobieren. Ich hatte großes Glück, dass ich dieses Hotel gewählt habe. Bin ich nächstes Jahr wieder hier? Ich denke früher.

Wir haben ein Wochenende hier verbracht weil wir in die Therme wollten. Praktisch ist, dass der Eintritt für die Therme inklusive ist. Während ich die erste Nacht halbwegs gut geschlafen habe war die 2. Nacht eher ein Alptraum. Irgend welche Gäste meinten bei einer Privatparty im einem Raum neben der Rezeption bis in die Morgenstunden laut grölend Disco Musik spielen zu müssen, das hat man vom Erdgeschoss sicher durchs ganze Hotel gehört- ich sogar durch meine Ohrstöpsel. Das Frühstück war durchaus gut und in Ordnung. Wenn da keine lärmenden Gäste im Hotel sind kann es durchaus angenehm sein. Schade ist, dass das Restaurant abends zu hat, so dass man sich um Alternativen umsehen muss.

Beim Check in, nur junge Dame an der Rezeption ,die weder Deutsch noch Englisch sprach. Das Hotel ist Ostblock Charme pur. Wir waren wegen Zahnarztbesuch 4 Tage in diesem Hotel und sind vorzeitig abgereist. Zimmer wurde 4 Tage nicht gereinigt, um neue Handtücher musste man extra bitten. Sehr unfreundliches teilnahmsloses Personal. Ein Gruß wird kaum erwidert, alles ist unfreundlich. Es ist auch rund um das Hotel alles tote Hose. Vom Zustand der Therme rede ich erst gar nicht, da müsste ich einen Roman schreiben. Das ist nicht das Ungarn das ich von vielen anderen Besuchen kannte. Ich kann das Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen, sie werden enttäuscht sein.
