Plan to visit award winning museums, historic architecture from the Oil Boom of the '30s, and some of the best food in East Texas.
There is a small house in the back of the property that houses a tennant who is usually available if there is a problem. The back yard is shared but separated by a tall privacy fence.

Visiting College Student
This house was perfect for our visit with our girl at LETU. Her and her friends were able to gather with us for dinner. Then her and a couple of friends got to stay with us to take a weekend break from dorm life. House is very roomy and comfortable.
