環境 ：在江邊所以是江景酒店 衞生：乾淨，衞生 設施：設施配套齊全 有健身房 服務：服務態度很好，服務生主動把我的行李送到房間裏

從來沒給過差評，這次實在忍不了了，攜程上定不到房衹能選了豪華套房要1400多，後來發現有便宜的房型890，於是聯繫攜程處理幫助修改訂單，因為過了免費取消的日期衹能看能不能換房型多退少補，但溝通了後説換房型代理衹給退140（2個人早餐費），攜程勸我別換了。入住的時候，發現是普通房，房間麼炒得要死，樓下自營的酒吧一點多還鼓聲陣陣，隔音很差，無法而入睡。第二天早餐也是，差的要死，熱水都沒，就吃了個酸奶。關鍵同事現場定才400多人民幣，這個中介代理真是傻豬價！

All was quiet and relaxing until 9pm when the disco started on floor 1. The manager said he would call to ask that they turn it down. They would not. I went back downstairs and spoke to manager directly. I actually felt sorry for him as he’s been here 5 yrs and appears at the mercy of those banshees - but he had no answer as to why he put us in this room earlier KNOWING what would happen between 9pm and midnight. The screaming and music travels up every floor through the stairway. At 10pm, after we were settled for the night, the manager suggested we move one floor higher. I went upstairs but the moment I exited the elevator the screaming and music traveled right up that stairway as well. Advice: pick a different hotel. I will be sure to advise my tour company, Step Journeys of the same.

We had a large room on the second floor overlooking the river & terrace area. We were warned of the live music that was on in the restaurant & terrace each night but it was really loud. Also, any noise in the corridor was easily heard, so much so we had two nights with broken sleep. Facilities in the room were good & internet was fast. Breakfast however needs improvement. The first day we got shown a card of 4 options, non of which appealed, whist the next table had a full platter of fruit and off menu items (they were not locals). Eventually with the help of the guy on front desk we got some fruit. Second day was a buffet which was better. Biggest thing they should fix is the noise.

Very clean, comfortable hotel, a delightful visit. Particular mention to the chap on the front desk, Farhodjon, who was exemplary is assisting us explore the town. A true professional and ambassador for the hotel. My room was on the top floor overlooking the road and although it was a Friday night we had no issues with noise.

Our experience with this hotel was mixed. The first room had a big cockroach, so we asked the staff to sort out the situation. They did, but when we went back, we saw another cockroach in the corridor, heading for our room. We complained again and the staff was really friendly and understanding, so they upgraded our room. This room was large and comfortable and we did not have any issues. Breakfast was just OK and it should be improved.
