This home has 2 levels and is located at 411 9th Street in Key Colony Beach. Private Boat dock that is 37 and half feet long. Only one trailer can be parked on property. Lower ground level has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a family room along with sofa sleeper. 2 bedrooms with one a King bed and one with twin beds and 2 Bathrooms. Family room opens to pool deck and has sleeper sofa. Upper level has Living Room,Dining Area ,Kitchen,2 bedrooms with a King bed and 2 Bathrooms. We own the other unit next door and can be booked separately on VRBO # 704877. The two units have a door that can open between them. Each side has it's own pool and sleeps 10. Amenities Include: 6 TV's,gas grill,4 bicycles,garage, dock,fish cleaning table, electric and water, bait freezer,hair dryers in all baths,beach towels, bath towels, all dishware and pans,coffee maker, extra pillows and blankets for sofa sleeper.
