Lodore Falls Hotel & Spa

We stayed here to celebrate my birthday and we got a great deal with our suite. We loved having such a great space and waking up to special views. The rooms are always lovely and we have stayed here twice now and will definitely go again. We really liked our room so would probably ask for that one again. Service was great. They put a card in the room for my birthday which is a nice touch but a lot of other venues do extra things. I guess they get a lot of people celebrating here though. Beds are comfy. Suites spacious. Great to stay in the actual spa section if you have poor mobility as a trip in the elevator and you are straight in the spa. Really rated our stay. It was magical.

Just WOW from the minute we arrived checked in on line so just room key to pick up. Stayed in a deluxe suite when myself and my daughter walked into the room it took our breath away ! Stunning room with balcony view of the lake and surrounding hills. The sun was shining which was fantastic and we looked into the outdoor pool where we were booked for the next morning. The good in the Asian restaurant was amazing. Service throughout was professional and quick. The spa did not disappoint the pool was like a warm bath and not too many people allowed in at once so just beautiful chill in. I cannot find a fault one night was not enough and I’ll definitely be returning for 2 nights next time ! Amazing stay is an understatement!

Previous wrote a 1 star review however the hotel resolved the issues and in the end offered a high quality service by accommodating us with a spa session the following morning which was lovely and very relaxing Fantastic stay in the end and our friends enjoyed

Visited as a couple for my partners birthday. Location is beautiful, scenery was beautiful. We arrived quite late on a Friday due to traffic so only managed a small hike behind Lodore then headed back to try the Mizu restaurant. Really looked forward to our meal as had high expectations. Room was beautiful, staff were lovely, however food was disappointing. I ordered calamari, which is a gamble as unless cooked right it’s horrible. I expected soft fluffy calamari and it arrived as if it was frozen calamari that had been over cooked…it was so hard. My partner tried and agreed, however the plate it’s self looked very appealing. Didn’t want to complain so waiting for main. I ordered Northern Thai curried noodles, also a disappoint. Not much flavour at all, curry was of soup consistency rather than curry (not sure if it’s supposed to be like that?) arrived in a deep bowl which was hard to cut the chicken when in a large bowl of liquid. Loved the menu as I’m not a one for trying new foods & the menu shows you a picture of every dish. Although my main didn’t show it come in a big bowl like it did. My partner had crab cakes & beef rendang for main and said he would eat that again. Rooms are immaculate, there’s nothing more I like then a pristine room. Beautiful views from room and warm. Tried the spar then next morning and that was 10/10, amazing and everything you need. Definitely worth paying for. Arrived For breakfast at 9:30 and that was spot on. We would return but don’t think I’d return to the Mizu restaurant.

Beautiful hotel and spa in a perfect location. Stayed 2 nights for a wedding. Had evening meal in the mizu restaurant the food was delicious.lots of choice for cooked breakfast. Definitely recommend paying the additional cost of £30pp for the spa if not included was lovely. Staff were all really friendly couldn’t fault a thing

So relaxing .food in mizu exellent.ladies thought the spa was so refreshing .wanted to do again.we will return

We stayed here for our mini moon and it was so good. Everything clean and the staff are really helpful!

Excellent stay at the Lodore Hotel, would highly recommend, and would stay again, the food was excellent.

Booked a deluxe suite to accomodate 3 people (mum,myself & my sister) for a 1 night spa stay for mum's 60th birthday. Our room was wonderful, & I could not fault the staff or the excellent food. The spa was really lovely. We would 100% stay again.
