Hotel Nissaki Beach

Esperienza bellissima!

This a decent hotel, although it has many many issues. The lifts broke down every day we where there, you really need them to work or your walking up 10 flights of stairs, we had freinds that got stuck in them and had to be rescued 3 times ! The service is pretty poor, the pool bar staff make you line up in a Que to get a drink this is difficult in the blistering heat while other staff don’t bother serving, the snack bar has ice cream and rolls, it’s more like a sandwich place and has salad boxes nothing else, this closes at 6pm and opens at 10am same as the pool bar. The main restaurant is okay, i wasn’t blown away but any foods, breakfast lots of eggs, the sausages where awful, they say it’s Greek night or Italian night but have the same things on offer every evening again this needs looking at. The best part was the Italian restaurant which you can book while your there, the service was amazing along with the food The quiet pool is the best pool and this also has a bar but is only used on one side, very short staffed with wasps constantly attacking them and people waiting in the queue The beds are awful, and we had our own private pool room, they’re very uncomfortable and only come in twin so the beds move, the shower blocked so this led to our room flooding daily, they wernt bothered about this, the rooms are no different to a standard room, only it has a private pool Our first night we had nothing in our fridge and when we told them about this they said they would come tomorrow as the person who fills the fridges is off again this should have been ready. The wasp issue is crazy, but this is all around the island, the main place it’s the worst is the pool bar, but again I don’t feel much effort is made to help stop the issue, everything seemed half bothered I have stayed in some amazing tui blue hotels but this was the worst if it wasn’t a tui blue I would say different but this isn’t a tui blue this is a poorly run hotel. The tui blue girls were great and very helpful . One more thing, the beach isn’t a beach, it has huge pebbles that kill your feet and it’s very slippery in the water so be careful. I wouldn’t rate this 4 or 5 star, it’s a 3 in my opinion.

Iliana was lovely and gave me a fantastic massage. I would highly recommend, lovely relaxing atmosphere and we left feeling great.
