位置方便，早餐很不錯

The hotel is in a major state of disrepair. It’s not a place I would recommend nor visit again unless improvements to their rooms and common areas are made. There’s a smell that is just described as old. The breakfast area is un ventilated. There’s no AC that’s noticeable in the dining area. The staff were polite. Housekeeping is professional. There’s nothing they can do to change the state of the building. We were on the second floor. No elevator. No lock on the room window. No screen n the window.

No where does it state there are stairs everywhere and no elevators at all. We had to down grade to not have stairs. No shade at pool area. No umbrellas. I got in pool to top of knees and got a itchy rash. Eating at restuarant took forever and no air conditioning. Rooms were bad. Old, shabbing. Couldnt see out slider was so shot. The only lock on it was 2 sticks. Cant believe the shape this hotel is in.

We booked a room for over $200 and were shocked at how run down our room was. There was mold under the sink, a dent/broken bit on the bathroom door, water damage in corners of bathroom floor, visible wear on furniture, and a stain on the chair. To find an outlet to charge phones we had to dig in the crack by the bed for a power *****. In addition the bottom floor appears to be under renovation and had a mildewed aroma. The heater was also very loud. To add insult to injury, the front desk person stated they could not offer a discount as we booked through a third party. She did not seem concerned and offered no help.

We had a really horrible experience staying at Red Loin. First off there was blood stains through the carpet in our room... really gross!!! They had a hockey team a couple doors down from us to keep us up all night!! A pipe a busted during a winter storm and they had huge fans on 24/7 to dry it all out which were so loud, you could hear the fans over the tv!!! The whole hotel smelt so bad from the water leak. It was just plan nasty!! My complaint is I wish they would of told us about the leak and the fans!!! I know stuff happens, a heads up would of been nice!! The hockey team complaint just a heads up again would of been nice!! We would of stayed somewhere else if they would of told or had them move us!! The blood stains is on the hotel cleaning staff. That's just plan lazy and nasty!!! No one wants to be around that nastiness!!!! Do better Red Lion!!! I added pictures of the blood stains!!!!!!

Staff is very professional and friendly. Always been greeted with a smile! Rooms are clean and bed was very comfortable. Room stocked with microwave and refrigerator. On site restaurant and lounge served excellent hamburgers and chicken wings at a very reasonable price. Really didn't need to leave the hotel for meals.

Check in process was easy but the staff are very unfriendly, uncaring, and unprofessional. After check-in I noticed a wedding reception party that was blasting music, I'm not one to crash a wedding party but I asked what time it ended and was told by 10pm. After returning from dinner with my girlfriend not only was the party still in full tilt but ********* smoke was thick in the air even in my room halfway down the hall it smelled like it was venting in from next door. Mind you I know this is a ''green state'' but I explicitly asked for a non-smoking room. After multiple attempts of calling the front desk to no avail I packed up and headed to the front lobby to check out. Seeing another perplexed couple that had just checked in heading towards the same hallway I just came from they asked if I knew what the smell was coming from. I presented my problem to the front desk and asked for at least a partial refund due to the circumstances. She replied with a sarcastic ''lovely'' and checked me out, with no motion of compensation or even an offer to change rooms. I turned my keycards over and we just headed home. If you value your air quality or safety do not stay here. My vehicle had signs of forced entry even on the side of the hotel that had cameras.

Red Lion is located in a very good spot with Red Robin restaurant in the parking lot and a Target for items across the street. The staff at the desk was not super friendly yet the ladies seemed intent to handle what they needed to do to get my money. Asked for nonsmoking and given very stinky smoke laden room so requested different room and then given that one. The hallways are long and dark and you will need to take your luggage to your room so get a luggage rack. The room is clean and comfortable. The a/c worked well Maids work hard here-the pool needs better chairs and is 3 ft period yet a fun place to cool off. Breakfast Bar was very good. They have hot food and cold choices. Overall, I would come back and give it an average score

Horrible stay. The bed was like sleeping on a cement block. The heater kicked on every hour and sounded like a train was coming thru the room. There are no available outlets near the bedside tables to plug in the phone, the surge protector under the edge of the bed, had a short in it and the light kept flicking on and off. The room was dirty, I found garbage and nastiness while trying to find an outlet to plug my phone into. The kids (about four high school boys) directly across the hallway, were noisy all night long. I called the front desk to complain, but nothing was done. NEVER AGAIN will I stay here and I travel to Kennewick a lot. I suggest going a bit farther down the road to My Place Hotel. I've never had a bad stay there, lesson learned.
