The level of service the Team provided was up with the best in the industry. The staff was warm and would remember us by name when we entered the hotel, lobby and restaurant. We went for a winter getaway we enjoyed onsite spa treatments and having the use of the house Mercedes to run into town or dinner off property. Quite this time of year but the staff was helpful with activity ideas and experiences.

If you are looking to experience luxury, thoughtful personalized service, and attention to details, White Barn Inn is a must stay for you. My wife I recently stayed for 1 night on an anniversary get away and we were very impressed. The excellent service started upon arrival with Valet already knowing all our details and providing check in information. Upon check in we were offered a welcome drink, informed of a room upgrade to the Friendship Cottage, and discussed the Mercedes House Car Test Drive program. I highly recommend taking the G63 for a ride, you get to take a vehicle for 4 hours and sign up is very easy but may result in follow up from your local Mercedes Dealer depending on information selected. Our cottage was located down the road from the property which worried me at first. This was quickly mitigated as staff assured me they would give us rides anytime to and from as needed. If you’re wondering you can walk it’s probably around 10 minutes but the road is fairly busy. The plus side is you are closer to town making that walk shorter. Our Cottage location was on the river and beautiful. It’s a quiet private area and would be perfect for families. One thing that stood out to me was that the amenities in the room were all included. Specifically wine, beer, snacks and local sodas. Something as simple as this goes a long way. We were also provided a complimentary bottle of champagne for our anniversary. Again attention to detail and service top notch. One tip is if you own a Mercedes and drive it to the property you can receive additional benefits and credits so be sure to inquire about this when booking. Lastly dining at the fine dining restaurant is a must. This is a true fine dining experience so price will be on the higher end. You can bring children if desired but would recommend the other dining experience in the little barn for children. Also jackets are recommended for men but not required though you will want to look your best. Overall highly recommend a stay here.
