Overall a decent 3 star hotel, Food was decent and plentiful, Service was excellent and rooms were ok, a bit small but ok for a couple. Mini fridge in the room, good shower and tendered daily with new towels. On the down side the Pool is small, and the sun loungers need upgrading as they were just bare plastic ( no mats). Drinks were fine but limited Entertainment on a Sunday evening was good. Overall for a 3 star all inclusive it was good value and would go again.

Am staying in the viking express hotel now rooms are good with balconies holiday companies are showing old photos of apartments not the new rooms good swimming pool with sunbeds food there is a lot of variety and it is good really friendly staff the drinks at bar were great no long queues for anything

On arrival we were met at reception and checked in given the key and no directions had to find the apartment on opening the door there was a small bedroom and as we had booked a junior suite we went back to reception and complained only to be told all the rooms are small and she cut us off saying Well it's something.so speak with manager in morning.We slept overnight and in the morning asked for the manager but told none were there.I then started to show them what I had booked and photos on the Viking website and that I had booked through On The Beach and suddenly I was ushered into an office and a manager complained to him that this is not what was booked and again told all rooms are small.We didn't bring travel kettle or beach towels as they advertised that they were available free of charge at the pool and at the beach also pads for beds were not available.minibar was stocked with two small bottles of water on arrival and none after that.We had to push the bed against the patio door as we couldn't open the wardrobe doors,paid for the safe which was on a shelf and not fixed down.Dont be looking for toast at breakfast there is no toaster and cauliflower,Brussel sprouts along with other undiscrible foods were on display so we tried breakfast two days then went without the rest of the time.We reality that the apartments advertised had been cut into two bedrooms so instead of 55 suites they now have over 100 rooms and ironically the holiday websites still have old photos of apartment style accommodation.Not for British people very little English spoken as this is a Russian hotel.Worst holiday ever and we always holiday in Turkey.Please be aware of this and don't book.

A good ,quiet 3 star hotel( 70 rooms). Stayed in Room 1203. Good,clean room with lounge,bedroom ,shower room & kitchenette( Fridge,Microwave,Twin hotplate,Kettle). Sliding doors from lounge & bedroom onto wide balcony with table & chairs. Staff are friendly and helpful with limited English. Spa is very good & relaxing.( 30 euros inc. Massage) Bar offers wines,a range of spirits & mixers and a draft beer ( served in glasses in the evening).Happy hour for cocktails ( 2 for7 euros). Food is standard 3 star, a bit repetative but you can always find something to eat. Soups,Grilled fish & Sunday evening Kebabs were very good. Pool is clean with children's area. Only 20 sunbeds which can fill up quickly but plenty of tables to sit at. WiFi available FOC in the lobby, 3 euros per day per device for Hotel-wide connection.TIP - The first 2 rows of tables poolside of the Lobby can connect to the free wifi. Shuttle bus ( 4 times a day) to a pebble beach. All inclusive does NOT apply to the beach bars. Kemer shops ,bars & restaurants are a 10 minute walk away, out of the hotel & turn left. Clients were Russian,Polish with smaller groups of British,Dutch,Swedish & Norwegian. Overall, no complaints & good value for money.

Arrived very late, was greeted by a lovely staff member that spoke very well English. Room very spacious, clean and comfortable with good air conditioning which is needed. Cleaners came daily to change bedding and towels. Only downfall Is small food choice, we ate out every meal despite been all inclusive. Cocktails are also not included in the all inclusive. Hotel is in a great location couple of minutes walk from bars, restaurants and shops but far enough for it to remain peaceful on a night. Beach is a 5-10 min taxi ride which you can jump in close to the hotel costs £2/£3.
