房間與我們預訂的房型不符，聯繫了攜程，攜程是很努力了，但是酒店不給更改，值得注意的是，攜程的酒店房型標註有誤！

Understaffed at the front desk at times. 20 minute waits are not acceptable. 2. Small rooms with very little insulation. Can hear too easily conversations from adjoining rooms and music from the banquet room below. 3. Dining options not convenient. Especially for families. 4. Only one gym — if you can call it a gym — and pool open and it was the one in the Eldorado. Over 2 days, I was forced to walk back and forth 5 times to the front desk as they kept giving me key cards that would not let me into the Eldorado pool & gym. I am a personal trainer and certified boxing coach, so I need access to fitness facilities. 5. For some reason, the cleaners decided not to clean a number of rooms on my floor claiming that the “do not disturb signs” were on the doors. Only one room had that sign on the door. The notice also enabled the cleaners to skip the room if there were personal articles on the bed. Why would you skip cleaning a room if there is a jacket lying on a bed? Sounds like an excuse. Well, they missed their tip yesterday. 6. The staff is nice. That is the one good thing I can say. I used to love the Manteo when I stayed there at least several times years ago. I hope that things will be better when I return to their sister hotel — The Eldorado — on June 20th.

AMAZING. Everything from check experience to dining, amenities and ambience was incredible. We had two different rooms because of our late booking request but we were graciously accommodated. The Ahi salad was the BEST I have ever had. The resort is spotlessly clean and the views are incredible.
