A lovely luxury hotel nestled in a lush forest with a nearby river with a waterfall. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. We had an amazing time, thanks to the beautiful surroundings, comfortable accommodation and very friendly staff, especially Indunil, who was very helpful.

Amazing nature resort with a breathtaking view of a waterfall next to it. Food was good. You cannot travel to this place in a normal car. they pick you up from Kithulgala town and then there is about 30 mins drive in a cab which is rough. but really worth the journey. So much of greens and surrounded by nature. Loved every bit of it. Cottages were really good and were equipped with Sauna as well. Quite luxury. We all enjoyed it to the maximum. Plunge pool is small but it served the purpose.

An Unforgettable Jungle Retreat We had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel nestled deep in the jungle, just 6km away from the nearest town, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, offering breathtaking views directly into the heart of the jungle. Waking up to the sounds of nature was a unique and serene experience. The hotel offers luxurious amenities, including rooms equipped with a jacuzzi, and some even boast an outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention must go to the hotel’s tour guide, Sameera. He guided us to the natural pools just behind the hotel and took us on an early morning walk to the stunning waterfalls, just a 30-minute hike away. Sameera's knowledge of the area and his passion for the jungle made the tours a highlight of our stay. Our tip for future travelers: book at least two nights to fully immerse yourself in the tranquility and beauty of this jungle retreat. You won't regret it!

It’s quite a journey to get at this secluded place in the middle of the rain forest but once you’re there you do not need anything else. Our chalet with two separate rooms and bathrooms had a jacuzzi on the balcony and a steam room inside in one room and a jacuzzi in the bath room in the other room. The interior is minimalistic but very much to our taste. There is a waterfall in the back garden which is beautiful. Staff is very friendly and in particular we found Indunil’s service to be excellent. He was attentive, went the extra mile, and made our stay very enjoyable. Also the food was very good. It is a good mix of Asian and more Western food. Please mind that if you want to go rafting for which this area is well known it takes approx 25 minutes by car to get there. Rafting is good!

This place was the highlight of our trip to Sri Lanka. We loved its serene and peaceful vibe, nestled in the middle of a jungle. It was just what we needed after ten days of active tourism. The rooms were exceptional, featuring a sauna bath and a heated pool—an experience we had never had before. The best part, though, was the staff, especially Indunil. He was incredibly kind, taking us to a waterfall and even providing life jackets for us. His sweetness and kindness made our Sri Lanka trip even more memorable. Thank you for making our visit to Sri Lanka so beautiful.

Very nice hotel with large rooms on a beautiful location. Friendly service from the hotel personnel and delicious food. Our rooms had a beautiful view on the river. Sounds of the jungle let you sleep nice and deeply. The personnel also helped us to relieve our son from abdominal pain.
