직원들은 오만했고, 특히 접수원이 그랬습니다. 서비스는 기대했던 대로 좋지 않았고, 음식은 주문한 대로 제 시간에 나오지 않았습니다.

위치는 좋았지만, 음식은 보통이었고, 룸서비스는 최악이었고, 객실 청소가 제대로 되지 않았습니다.

The service at the Property is PATHETIC to say the least. With a property having more than 60 rooms, it appeared that it was being run by a handful of staff. Any Room Service order would never turn up before 60-90 mins. And mind you, NEVER BOOK THEIR VILLA WITH BALCONY. These Villas are located in a very secluded area and Room Service orders would never turn up unless you call 3 yimes. There is also very limited Parking in this part with a very narrow approach road, but they will keep sending all their Guests vehicles to this Parking Area. There were some guests who were struck for almost 2 hours to have a clear way for their Vehicle to exit. Long story short, if you have the patience to wait for eternity for eaach and every service call, go ahead... Otherwise, please avoid this resort. It is not worth a single penny.

We booked 2 vila to enjoy good family time but their poor house keeping service ruined it. We complained to their management but they were not taking any actions for it. Property is very good and it’s location is also very near to jeep safari location but they were not maintaining it properly.

property location is far away if you want to visit kaziranga national park Food is highly overpriced & it's taste & serving is pathetic not even provide all the necessary amenities inspite of paying the high price for night, they didn't even provide a pair of slippers even after asking several times. no toiletories were there... it's a hilarious experience overall

Food delivery and food options are very very poor.Rooms are clean however on call room service and housekeeping is very very slow
