Beautiful place. So restful. The safari was great. Seeing the rhinos has been the height of my trip. Everyone was so helpful. The food was great. The ox cart ride was very entertaining. The sounds of the birds was so relaxing. Would love to come back a again

We only got to stay here for two nights but I wish it had been much longer. The staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough for us. They accomdated my vegan diet and served delicious food at every meal. The grounds are attective and well maintained and the bungalows are clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjyed the activities we experienced there. The ride around the surrounding village, the boat ride, the jeep safari and the Tharu cultural dance. Although we packed a lot into our stay, we never felt hurried. There was also time to soak up the calming atmosphere. On the boat ride we saw crocodiles and several species of birds. On the jeep safari we saw elephants, several rhinos (including one that came up close to investigate), deer, wild boar, monkeys a mongoose and more species of birds. The naturalists on the safari were excellent at spotting animals and birds allowing us to see a tremendous amount of wildlife.

From the moment we arrived at the gates of this sanctuary, the beautiful smile welcomed us, an unparalleled happiness we received after a long journey was a cherry on the top. The locals with the traditional settings and the luxury of being in the Machhan with their top hospitality is undoubtedly the best establishment we have ever visited. Kudos to the entire Team and all the associates that were there to make our 3 day experience, a moment to remember for life time. Thank you all for the wonderful hospitality

This was my fourth time visiting Machan. Staff are friendly, professional and we felt well taken care of. We really appreciated that the naturalist shared his knowledge and dedication to Chitwan National Park. Looking forward to next time!

Lovely place in Chitwan National Park. From the first moment I have arrived, the staff welcomed me with a smile on their face and I could feel their sincere kindness. The room is great with comfortable bed and the food is delicious. You can feel the nature running through your veines. Chhanu, my guide was very professional and showed me the jungle and he is truly dedicated to his job.
