Staff is like family We stayed at fortune katra in room no. 319 room was clean and comfortable we were asking to Mr. Ankus who was taken care of our room about the chemicals which chemicals housekeeping use to clean. Other part of our stay is we were not feel like we live with unknown people. We are old couple and came after long time and we have prepaid sim so our both phone was not working and our doughter was worried about us because she was not able to connect with us. Housekeeping manager Mr. Lalit help us with his phone two time and guide us about the yatra to vaishno devi temple. Thanks to jugnu, manjit on reception. Thank you everyone. Will come back again with my all family

We were pleased with behaviour of Mr Rahul and Mr Sourav .they both served us We had dal makhani which was very tempting except this we also had pasta spring rolls paneer tikka min how soupand some more which was also good Overall very good experience

Excellent service and propt service. Shivanshu looked after us professionally never felt away from home. There was a technical glitch with AIR CONDITIONING but MANJEET from guest relations gave us HIGHER CATAGORY room service instantly

Visited Jammu in May and stayed in this property. This is very Nice property to stay for family. Breakfast had a good spread and variety. The ambience is really good. Staff is very cooperative. Location wise it is very good and hardly 10-15 mins walk from Bus stand. The Hotel is having complementary transfer for all devotees. Although very good experience.

The staff is super courteous and prompt. Khem Lata ji at Rainbow Veg resturant at Fortune Katra was especially prompt and very adept at taking care of our needs. She is very polite and responsive. Took great care of us. LOVEE................
