今天孩子和爸爸剛剛回到中國，我發我評論以後的第二天，他們酒店的人（6-7個工作人員）就帶着我發的評論的內容（打印出來了）把我兒子和先生圍堵在大廳，讓他們把評論刪除，否則就要怎麼樣他們了，這個酒店太可怕了。同胞們謹慎入住，攜程網要好好測評一下，這樣的酒店是不是有必要再簽約了！這太可怕了！

The hotel is beautiful and clean , staff are so welcoming and friendly entertainment staff are amazing especially John unga bunga who looked after us as a family with amazing enthusiasm great aqua aerobics in the pool such an amazing person. Food is lovely lots to choose from love the breakfast. Very lovely bar staff too

From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Eleni couldn't do enough for us, always willing to help with a beautiful smile and passion for her job. The hotel itself is spotless, and the food is fresh with an outstanding selection to suit everyone. As vegetarians, we were delighted with the wide variety of tasty options available every day. There are plenty of activities for both adults and children. The kids’ club and animation team are an absolute 10 out of 10 – fun, engaging, and full of energy throughout the day. They work tirelessly to create an exciting and vibrant atmosphere for all guests. A huge shout-out to **Gabi and Miska**, who made our daughter’s holiday extra special. She adores them, and we were so touched that they remembered her from our visit last year! We cannot thank or recommend **Sol By Melia Marina Beach Crete** highly enough. It’s the perfect place for a family holiday, and we will certainly be returning again next year!

We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel! The place is great – clean, well-maintained, and perfect for families. Special thanks to the animator Vakaris – very attentive, friendly, and great at engaging with both kids and adults! The animation team overall was really caring and created a warm atmosphere. All the pools are child-friendly, which made our stay with kids very comfortable. The food was tasty and varied, and our room was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. One small surprise was the €70 pillow fee – unexpected, but it didn’t spoil the experience. The beach is close to the hotel, clean, and sandy, although there’s no bar on the beach itself. Overall, a great stay and memorable holiday!

Used the spa today 26/07/2025 , Aegeo spa team , all pleasant and helpful, especially Ledjana & Rafaela who did my wife and I ,spa all professional from start to finish .Well worth the money ....

I like very much hotel, atmoshere, animation very much, espesially animator Vakaris was very kind, helpfull and friendly. Food it is very good, fish dishes could be better.
