Wow!Where can I begin! The staff, the food , the facilities all amazing!Everyday we were welcomed by the loveliest people , particularly going into the restaurant, Pelcigica , and her manager Despina were both delightful , and even went to the effort of remembering us and our room number! Really felt like we were welcomed here! We had the great experience of using the indoor pool and the outdoor pools , both highly enjoyable and very clean! Both at the bar at the beach and pool had lovely staff! Making sure every need was catered to, with reasonable prices too! The cocktails WOW! The show of making them made them worth it ,,,, Try the frozen daiquiri!100% If the pools weren’t enough, a beautiful beach with variety use of sunbeds and even service buttons for the bar! Peckish? Yes food too! Not to mention the complimentary nuts! Although this area is secluded, downstairs there are 2 shops to cater for almost everything! Even cigarettes! Then next door a lovely gift shop! Every morning and night the food was gorgeous, so many things to choose From , particularly the fresh orange juice in the morning! The only thing I would say is that the beds aren’t best couple suited for all! As they are too single beds together which is easily move apart which isn’t best if you get cold at night! But the comfort of the bed made up for that! I would love to return soon! And will certainly be recommending to friends!

Second visit to this amazing hotel where the staff are excellent friendly professional and also cannot do enough for you. Standards are very high food is excellent something for everyone. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Thank you for a amazing holiday.

This was our second visit to this fantastic hotel The staff are just amazing, kind, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Mostly with a good sense of humour [some with a great sense of humour] and managers that seem quite strict. It's very well maintained inside and out with green well tended gardens outside beautifully lit up at night and an amazing selection of plentiful well cooked food to suit a range of tastes. Generally very clean and tidy throughout. Can't recommend it enough Room 128

Such a beautiful hotel and grounds. Very well kept and looked after. There is definite pride in this resort. As you will read, the staff and food are great- (excepting cold chips) The hotel does charge €15 euros per night Hotel Tax, which is more than we have paid previously, so be ready for that. The shops sell gifts etc, toiletries, water, and snacks but no juices or soft drinks. I mention this because the nearest shop for that is a bus ride or drive..or a 30 minute walk. For perfect rest and relaxation, the hotel has so many different areas to sit, and we were never bored. The bus service was hourly...ish! Cash only. Look out for dolphins!

All around wonderful stay! Facilities were great and staff were all extremely friendly. Loved being greeted by warm and familiar faces at meals like Deseince, Pelogia and Sofia. Made the stay feel more personal. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants good food, hotel and a glorious beach!
